- In this video I'll walk you through how I go about notching tube for a tube chassis or roll cage for the Project Scorpion Crawler Jeep Cherokee XJ Buggy Build. I'm not a pro but I've been learning a lot recently and thought you'd like to see how it's done.
Whether you want to notch tube for a roll bar, a rock slider, a tube chassis, or a roll cage, its all pretty much the same. There are a few basic rules to follow and some tools you'll need to get it done.

where did you get that long sided angle finder?
You did a video on changing the rear seal on a jeep I have the 4.2 liter. You used rtv on the pans belly will this work better than not using it. I know about the 4 corners but not sure about the two belly sides. Thanks

do you use cutting fluid when notching? where did you get that protractor? not the digital angle finder but the manual one you were using

I noticed the center of the hole saw isn't center with the tubing fixture. Also how are you gonna fully weld around the tube on the jeep side?
means he has it set up wrong and dosnt really know what he is doing
+Salty Gaming he has tack welded everything..my guess is he will grind off the tacks at the points where the cage is attached to framework. and lift it off finish welding..paint..and reinstall. coubs123 needs to go finish putting ass loads of camber in his Honda his mom gave him and stop commenting on stuff he knows nothing about.

Since you mentioned the shirts. I've actually been trying to buy one of those 'periodical table of jeep' shirt, but every time I enter the size, it automatically puts the size to small when I go to checkout. glich??? or is that the websites way of telling me to lose weight? hahaha

I would use cutting oil extends the life of the tool
I wish I could do things like this to my jeep. I can't even keep the darn thing running right much less modify it :(
