For this cutscene 1:29 as you can see in the beta Cuphead looks like "I'm not falling for that trick again" Whereas in the Full Release he looks genuinely angry for Boyfriend. It would've been pretty nice to see Boyfriend getting hit by the Jumbo Rebounder in the current version. But yeah, the Public Release definitely had better cutscenes even though the beta version was quite funny.
But the full release made more sense with the context

1:01 makes me laugh in the release
ngl i like the beta cutscenes more than the finished version. The week start cutscene makes sense to why cuphead is battling bf in the first place, the knockout starting cutscene makes cuphead getting pissed at bf more reasonable and the ending fight is way cooler than the finished version, which feels a bit too quick. They should have kept the beta storyline and just polished the animation to look more like the finished one instead of switching the storyline
But the reason behind Cuphead battling BF still makes sense! He was in search of a "crazy portal opener," and found BF as "the screw loose," what the portal brought into his world. So he probably sees the whole portal thing as a threat, an issue (and since Moro is behind it, that's probably the case), which is why he wants to vanquish BF, also saying "You've got a lot of nerve messing with our land! Let's say we settle this here and now!"
I don't see how the Knockout cutscenes are any different on how much "sense" the make, and I agree with your point on the week closing cutscene.

@@Gabriel-G.Explain what reason cuphead has to get *that* pissed at bf in the finished cutscene. He gets hit once, looks at bf and sees him spazzing out, gets confused, then suddenly a storm hits out of nowhere and he’s super mad. In the beta cutscene bf keeps smacking cuphead in the face with the mic and then it cuts to several hours later (insinuating that bf was smacking him with that mic for literal hours), which makes the storm and cuphead getting pissed make a lot more sense.

Mi opinión acerca de la diferencia entre las dos cinemáticas es que la versión beta es más "acorde" a lo que plantea el mod en sí: videojuegos.
Me explico: la cinemática beta de la semana de Cuphead es mucho más divertida y frenética que la de lanzamiento, además de que se ve el motivo por el que Cuphead va a por Keith (Boyfriend). También se muestra una transición más lógica de la segunda canción a la tercera, pues se nota que Cuphead se está cansando de las triquiñuelas de Boyfriend e intenta durante horas derrotarlo, hasta que se le acaba la paciencia y va a por todas. En la cinemática final de la beta sólo puedo quejarme que sea un poco más cortada, pues es menos larga que la final, aunque se siente muy real, pues Cuphead, cuando Boyfriend le intenta golpear con el micro otra vez, lo coge con una cara de "ah no, no volveré a caer en el mismo truco dos veces", dando a entender que, como en el juego, él aprende de sus errores y pasa las dificultades sin despeinarse después. Además, me gustó el añadido de que atacara a Boyfriend con más ataques que con sólo el especial en la cinemática final.
De la cinemática final, en mi opinión es más cercana al Show de Cuphead, pero se siente muy forzado el enfrentamiento con Cuphead y Boyfriend, pues no se explica de manera clara el por qué empieza a atacarlo, además de que las transiciones son muy confusas a mi parecer, pues no se entiende la razón lógica tanto como nos gustaría, además de que intenta ser gracioso pero que no lo consigue del todo. Aparte, aunque la cinemática final esté muy chula y se parezca a la original, no queda tan espectacular como la beta, además de que el detalle de la mirada de Cuphead se perdió, pareciendo ahora más cabreado con Boyfriend y realizando las acciones de pura rabia (aunque yo lo digo ahora, que te maten a ti hermano en medio de la batalla y, encima, sea por un accidente que tú cometiste, no es para quedarse tranquilo :v).
En resumen, considero la beta más fiel al mod de MORO que la versión final por esos motivos.

The thing with beta is that beta actually has a good storyline, the finalized has a confusing story
It's like the characters just hate bf for no reason and want him dead
Edit: yeah okay I understand that there is still a clear reason to all three of them, but seeing the beta, it's almost like they kinda cut off the story slightly which still makes it slightly confusing.
I mean like if you take this as a random person's perspective that has no idea what this mod is about, then you'll assume that all three of them are after bf, and not that he's something else.
If i'm being honest, they could kinda expand the clips with a bit more of what the beta had so it's more understandable

The user above me has already listed reasons, but as for Cuphead, if you were actually paying attention to the first cutscene, which, for some reason, many people likewise _didn't,_ he was in search of a "crazy portal opener," and found BF as "the screw loose," what the portal brought into his world. Let's say we settle this here and now!," And so he does.. with a rap battle. After that fails, Cuphead realizes that and takes more extreme measures to get rid of what he perceives as the threat/his target. After that failed, Cuphead just started seeing BF as annoying and genuinely problematic, which is why he got more angry and desperate. This is mutual in the Beta and Release versions-- except that BF was his target specifically in the first place in the Beta, but the rest goes the same --so I don't see what in particular made the Beta more "sensical."

No, not every person would just "assume that all three of them are after bf, and not that there's something else." That's, again, people not paying attention.
I already explained what's up with Cuphead, and again, anyone would figure it out if they were paying attention-- not really the part that explains _why_ he sees BF/anything to do with the portal as a big enough issue to try to take it down, but anyone could indeed figure out what is happening, because the context can tell you that for Cuphead, anything to do with a portal=target IF YOU WERE PAYING ATTENTION.
Sans was hired by an unspecified being to kill BF, so he tries to do that first, but after seeing he doesn't just attack recklessly unlike how he perceived by the battle with Cuphead, he spares BF. In the Genocide ending, the reason for killing BF is obvious.
Bendy doesn't even need clarification.
Nothing needs to be explained beyond what you see in the mod. The mod is going through its own storyline, and doesn't find it necessary to overflow you with all the lore behind this whole thing just for several songs against three main opponents. It explains all that needs to be known for you to understand most what's going on within this storyline, and if you want to find out more about the things that aren't the main point of focus throughout the whole thing, there's lore outside of it that you can explore at your own discretion.

Actually cuphead was looking for a crazy portal opener, and he saw bf as the "screw loose" because he never saw BF anywhere around the world, if you saw the paper he was holding in the beta you would get it, he sees BF as a threat, so when he failed to get BF two times he snapped, so that means the story is still the same. But with cut content, even sans says that he was hired to kill BF.

to be honest with you people, you should agree with me that this was the old map of cuphead for the bouncy ball man boss and was not added into the game of cuphead but there should be a final song that you are fighting cuphead and the boss like comes in and like you have to fight him too but then like cuphead gets tired so kills the boss and it goes insane at the song, it would probably be a concept if it was one but i wish it was actually in indie cross, inspired by the online mod the eddwords song the diffculty f***ed up
