I had beautiful handwriting and then went to college and taking notes turned it into terrible scribbles. I want to improve mine again and remember how to make it look like it did before. Love your videos.

Wow. I actually love the way you talk about the simple task of writing things down. Reminds me that Joy can be found in the littlest of things and also that the "little things" can be complex and meaningful if we choose to experience it as such. Im a pen gal myself, but I do remember when I was younger how great it felt to have that really nice pencil that wrote so crisp felt good.in your hand...oh and when you had hit that sweet spot with the angle on the graphite after writing with the pencil in one position for a bit..ugh it was so gratifying

I too have many handwriting improvement books sleeping in boxes. My writing is a strange mix of cursive writing and print. Thanks again.
I had never used Berol, until the brand was bought out by Rubbermaid. So sad, to see another great brand die from Rubbermaid. I love to use Berol pencils when I have my hands on some, I savor mine, so they don't get used very often.

Berol Fine or Medium Felt Tips (in the plastic tub with full colour set) were the cooler counterpart to this.
This is the Staedtler HB pencil of pens.
I think the best handwriting pen of all is the Pilot G2.

Thanks. I heard a teacher mention this pen and you answered every question I had and more. I'd like to share what I use today. Yes it's a pencil. I find that with the advent of digital text pencils are more useful. paper: any mixed media paper, 5" x 8" is a good size for general notes
eraser: Prismacolor ArtGum Eraser
pencil: Pentel Graphgear 0.7mm Automatic Drafting Pencil
lead: 0.7mm HB/H
Do kids still use these? I have a few old, dried out ones sat in my cupboard that I keep for nostalgia.

in my school they have blue ypo handwriting pens they are like that but I don't like them so I use a ball point pen
In my school theres staelender handwriting pens 309 you'll find results if u search it on google it looks like yellow and blue also theres 2 opptions one is the colour black or blue but we just use blue.
At mine you could only get the purple/blue handwriting pens if you had neat handwriting and didn’t do much rubbing out
