I find this so fascinating!
First, as an American, we wouldn't call this a "burger". It's a chicken sandwich. Burgers are made of beef patties.
Second, cranberry lemonade is NOT a thing over here! Lol 😂 Cranberry juice is typically reserved for either mixing with vodka (and usually only for women over 40/50 years old) or to drink when you have a urinary tract infection. Lol
Now, putting onion rings on a burger is something Americans would do, but isn't common. And probably not on a whole wheat bun like that. It would most likely be a sesame seed bun.
I also noticed you mentioned an almond apple pie.... apple pie, yes. Almond? Absolutely not American 😂
