Small holes on the side of the switch or top next to where the wires go in are for removing the wires. Older style switch with removal holes on top have a rubber cover that gets pulled back to see them. Shove a really small flat head screwdriver in the hole then just pull out the wire. New wires should be stripped back a 1/4 inch and soldered before pushing them in where the old ones came out. That keeps the multi-strand wires from fraying when inserted. hope that helps someone.
I just bought this machine. Today,i use it n the wire stucked at the polish rotor, and tear inside. So careless i am. I have to replace it,even the machine is under warranty. It really cost me a lot to send it.(i bought it from online). By the way,is a great machine.
