You videoed down Crowells Street but MISSED the jewel of the neighbourhood, right on the southeast corner of Crowells and Attersley!!
I was born in Oshawa 1961 it was a great place to grow up. We had Oshawa creek behind us.

Please which are the communities close to Trent University main campus and how close is Simcoe North street to Trent University main campus?
These areas are so nice. Very expensive, though. The rough around the edges areas, are "more" affordable.
They definitely lean on the more expensive side. McLaughlin & Pinecrest have a fair amount of more affordable homes. I might make a video in the near future focusing on a few pockets throughout Durham that have affordable options available.

Is centennial neighborhood bad? You didn't mention it in this video as well as the avoid video.
Centennial community has a lot of great areas! The one area I would just be aware of in Centennial is right around Nonquon road, but other than that, there are some really charming pockets in there!
