Those length of the field tries reminded me of the early 90's Broncos. Renouf and Carne come to mind. So many deadly players.
I think this team reminds me a lot of that team. Even when they played badly they still had the capacity to come away with the points. I’d still pick the 92 back line though, with the exception of Walsh who I would put ahead of O’Neil any day of the week.

ezra mam did a good job coordinating the broncos attack and walsh kept his head in, but they still aren't a gf contender until they can orchestrate an attack the way the roosters did last week or the way penrith does every game.

Eels didn't do anything of significance and when they did they blew it
If you take away the tries against the run of play the eels might of won this 😮

if you mean the Cobbo try the defender was as obstructed by a fellow eel's player as Mam and since Mam wasn't obstructing a player in a position to affect a tackle (even without Mam there he wouldn't have been in a position to threaten Cobbo) and since the ball was live off a kick, it doesn't qualify as an obstruction. it was closer to being ruled off side and if you'd watched the full game other than the highlights, the bunker examined the try from mutiple angles before confirming it
If you mean the Walsh try, again the distance from the try line is to early to qualify as an obstruction and Mam moves out of a covering position to allow the chasing eels every opportunity, incidentally forcing Walsh to move further to the wing to effect a try.
in short you don't understand the obstruction rule.
