The REAL End Times: every single faction raised up cataclysmic armies in a desperate alliance to fight Archaeon. And they lose despite outnumbering him 10000 to 1.

@@mastrblckhwk lore-wise sure, but in gameplay it's more of faction campaign mechanic. You dont go in the deplomacy screen at any time. You attack the last settlement on the map and from that you force confederation. Unless I remember it wrong
@lalaninja006 same could be said about vassalizing but he labeled that diplomacy so it's a grey area i guess
@@mastrblckhwk true, but it also counted as something alive on the map. He would need to Finnish them off again later on. Kinda goes against the whole destroy the world part. Also vassals would spam deplomacy offers, so they really would be more of a problem
This is actually the first Total Warhammer video I've seen that ends in total and utterly complete world domination.
No enemies nor allies, no other factions, the only thing that could possibly threaten you being your own hemorrhaging economy - an issue easily solved by simply destroying all your settlements and disbanding your armies - a truly ascended move.
There's also a certain irony in Archaon of all people achieving Nagash's endgoal of killing every single living/unliving thing in the world.

The fact that a intelligent decision was to burn down every city and expect all your enemies at the gates of your only standing settlement is surprisingly in-character for Archaon
Finally, Archaon achieved what he waanted the most, kill every speck of sentient life so the Chaos Gods starve
