Years ago, I had a mole problem in my yard. I put a couple of garlic cloves in as many mole runs as I could. It worked!! All moles up and moved to my neighbors yard.
And they can be pretty easy to find. They almost always work the same times every day. And once you figure out their routine, it's a matter of sneaking up on them while they are working. When they stop moving, you stop moving. I use a 9mm to stop them before digging them up, just my preference though

it does actually you can easily put it back into place once there all gone but if you let them keep thriving there then your ground will be covered in ankle breaking holes now here's the risk and reward part you A either rip apart your yard and deal with them once and for all then put your yard back together let it regrow and all that or you can B let them live there kill all the grass and dig more holes then you would've caused by digging them up and getting rid of them from your yard. not alot of people have a brain these days and it shows first instinct in your mind was to talk shit about a guy ripping up his yard to get rid of things that are going to do more long term damage then ripping them out of the ground and killing them and then replacing the dirt you ripped up to get at them
if you look closely you can see the grass being pushed up, and that's how he knew where the mole was located. the way he accurately tore open the ground to pull out the mole was impressive🙌🏻

Those moles have some of the softest fur you will ever feel. In the old days the fur was used to make small powder puffs stuffed with soft fabric and tied off with a colorful ribbon. Country girls would use a little flour to lighten up the cheeks.

We had mole holes and piles. I'm disabled and can chase them. I put Vinagar in a medical grow fertilizer thing that hooks up to the hose. I sprayed the area and the moles left. Haven't seen them since...about 2 years now. Btw.. the Vinagar didn't hurt the lawn at all.

Our cat brought us a massive mole yesterday, ive seen shrew and small moles, but never one so big fast and powerful. He was chill and soft as cotton. He wasnt harmed so we took him to the woods and watched him dig away to live another day.
Also, if you will place several dmall handheld windspinners in the ground in the same area as the moles.the vibrating ground from the windblown spinners will aggravate the moles and thy will leave on their own.no traps no poisons just nice yards

@@mbailey8790 I always suggest to people use a bucket. They can't bite the inside concave of the bucket. Go out early and tamp down the complete path they've been using. Take a shovel and wait. The soon as you see movement drive it down and throw all of the dirt in the air. Landing makes them a little disoriented, run over and pop them in the bucket. Those little weird noses though 🤣

I used to get five or six a day like that at the golf course,sometimes i would use the spike on the bottom of the tee cup ,very important to get these little buggers before they get to the greens.
You can smash their tunnels down, grab a beer, a shovel and wait. They will start digging the tunnel back out and when you see the ground moving just pop them right out. No pick ax involved, lol
I mash the mole run back down and block the area I think they're in with a shovel on the downhill side then flood the tunnel with a garden hose. When he comes up for air flip him out and knock him into the next world.
You should not kill or hurt moles in your yard, although there are myths that they ruin your grass, they actually keep the soil aerated, which is beneficial for grass and other plants
I used to have a cat who could be seen tracking the moles on underground than suddenly giving them up. Which explained the dead and live mooes I suddenly found in the house. She was bringing them in to teach her kittens how to hunt.
My cat used to sit by the molehill and wait until it moved and then leap forward scooping the mole out. He then sat on top to do his business so as not to scrape the ground elsewhere as it was hard.

My hunting dog did a great job of eliminating our mole problem. We've lived in our house for 3 years and every year have had a mole problem. Except this year. The only change is I got a hound dog.

You can easily flip the mole out and release it by water. They won't bite and are beautiful ❤️
You can smash their tunnels down, grab a beer, a shovel and wait. They will start digging the tunnel back out and when you see the ground moving just pop them right out. No pick ax involved, lol
I mash the mole run back down and block the area I think they're in with a shovel on the downhill side then flood the tunnel with a garden hose. When he comes up for air flip him out and knock him into the next world.

You should not kill or hurt moles in your yard, although there are myths that they ruin your grass, they actually keep the soil aerated, which is beneficial for grass and other plants
I dig up mole mounds and put mints in the hole one unwrapped and one with the wrapper on for later.
You can plant mint it works too.

I used to have a cat who could be seen tracking the moles on underground than suddenly giving them up. Which explained the dead and live mooes I suddenly found in the house. She was bringing them in to teach her kittens how to hunt.

My cat used to sit by the molehill and wait until it moved and then leap forward scooping the mole out. He then sat on top to do his business so as not to scrape the ground elsewhere as it was hard.

Yeah my dad used to put these smoke bomb things in the mole holes, he never once had to tear up the yard to get to a mole!
My dad used to put uncooked grits down a molehole. The mole would eat it, then drink water. The grits would expand and boom! Exploded moles!

@edbur1 I used De-con in mole and vole holes. They die the same way but you can't feel bad for them when there's so many and things are being destroyed.

My hunting dog did a great job of eliminating our mole problem. We've lived in our house for 3 years and every year have had a mole problem. Except this year. The only change is I got a hound dog.
These things are the biggest pain in the butt. I have to deal with them every year. They are very hard to catch...
