1 ) The existing law is valid for the Scheduled Areas and Scheduled Tribes read with article 19.
2 ) 10 per cent reservation in Government services for economically weaker section is inconsistent with the Fundamental rights. Why the bill passed and made law ?
3 ) C. O. 45 dated 14/ 05 /1954 who has the authority to cancel this Order ?
4 ) The Indian Parliament has the power to repeal article 370 in the light of C. O. 48 ?

1) I understand the Hindu Marriage Act was done on 1958
2) Under this Law no Hindu can do second Marriage after this Act
3 ) if any Hibrotherser's marry on or before this law, then how his property would be distributed
4) Whether his sons and daughters from second marriage would be entitled to his property or not?
