EDIT , made this comment before watching the whole video. What a great video . After all of that hard work to come back , I hope your mind is still in the comeback game. At 63 I recently tore half of my right bicep. No health insurance, so I live with it and I can still lift just lowered the weight and do higher reps. But even if I had insurance, I'm not sure I would take a chance at the length of time it would take to gain back what I lost if I got a operation. My right rotator was also heavily damaged. The best of luck . Would love to see you comeback.

Serious question here, hope you answer. Is there anything different you will do now in your training, especially in your bench press that you will change?. Maybe have a different style of bench press, a bit like a power lifter would. Because your bench press was so so strict, like an arched back a bit would lessen the range of motion, so less of a stretch in the area it snapped.

Damn Thor, you're stronger with one arm than most people are with two arms! Glad to see the rehab is going so well. Your surgeon did a great job. You'll be back to full strength soon.

We describe sensations like that as "an awareness" in rehab and injury situations.

The biggest hurdle with this injury is, by far, the mental challenge of being able to get under heavy weight again.

Yeah it’s hard to explain how it feels lol people ask me the same question I’m like it just feels tight and it’s obviously weak because you can’t do much weight. Range of motion comes first/light weight then more weight through out the weeks/months go on. My left side is small too it’s sad lol 😂. But I just keep positive and know it will get better just takes time. Your doing exactly the same exercises as do lol. Glad your healing well 🤙
