Raffaello Cake with Cream Coconut and White Chocolate

If you love coconut flavour you will definitely love my Raffaello Cake with delicious soft sponge and amazing coconut cream made with whipped white chocolate ganache and dessicated coconut, just delicious 😋 🥥🤍

Ingredients:
190g soft unsalted butter
190 caster sugar
3 large eggs
1tsp vanilla extract
190g self raising flour
1tsp baking powder
3tbsp milk
Coconut Cream:
100g white chocolate +250ml double cream (microwave and cool)
250ml double cream
100g dessicated coconut
