- Finally the Oxidean Marine Dominator is Here! This Carbon Fiber Mono Hull RC boat is nothing but remarkable top shelf quality!!!
It's offered in a few different configurations using different 6 Pole KV motors if your planning on running 8S or 6S.
Oxidean has 2200Kv & 2000Kv motor setups, but this boat features a 1650Kv motor to handle 8s.
6s out the box was a solid 50mph
8s I got closer to 60mph on the maiden trip out.
After a Few adjustments to trim settings & battery placement for proper CG ratio, there's no doubt that this Beautiful Beast of a boat will cross the 70MPH mark.

Bigger ponds are a 10 minute drive, small pond is just so easy & close, unfortunately I don't own it. I just wish I could clean out the cat tails

I took my mono to 90 mph with about 900 ft. It does not take too much.

You need a MUCH bigger body of water.
SMC recommend not running your batteries under 3.6v if I remember correctly
Your correct, typically if it cuts off at 3.4 under load, the resting volts go up to 3.55. But I did just order the battery alarm to protect my 250C packs. (Not a huge fan of this ecu in the Dom)
Use the rubber pad stuff for kitchen drawers your batteries will never move again
