Lots of great information. A good 120 psi 60/80 galllon compressor will be your best friend with maintenance. Blowing out filters/and blowing off grease zerks, blowing out engine bays. A Milwaukee electric grease gun with a Lock N Lube coupler will be your best friend to keep them lubed. A Grease Zerk Buster with Kroil Oil will be your friend, plus some spare zerks that are property rated at 10,000 psi and threaded for the machine. Grease machine daily. Air filter is important, that's the one I have to keep clean daily. Especially if you are screening dirt, crushing rock, or mowing, that thing will get loaded up with powder quickly. The machine will say air filter plugged. I remove primary, wet rag out inside, and blow the filter out with compressed air for 3-5 minutes. I can do this 10-15x to save money before its completely shot, this saves $1000-$1500 as set of air filters are about $100 a pop. You will know it's done/completely shot about 5 minutes after you blow it out, the machine says it's still plugged. Then it's time to replace it and the inner. Around 900 hours the tracks start to go, when they start being thrown from merely turning its time to replace them. Keep them tight otherwise. There is a Cab AC filter right behind the seat on the floor that needs to be cleaned, changed out otherwise your fan won't provide the breeeze. Don't forget to grease the bobtach attachment locking pins on the side of the bobtatch mount, otherwise it will be difficult to release your attachment. For gods sake don't raise the attachment and try to beat it off, it might fall on your foot.

I have this same machine. Great info! I also recommend getting the actual shop service manual.
