My friend's mom when I was younger got a recipe in the newpapers and made Calypso Christmas Rice, had Red Butter, Pineapples, Mushrooms. Raisins, Carrots, Bell Peppers(All Colours), Permintoes, Corn in it, was delish...came out great the 1st try.
