I’m going to try the coo coo this way but omit the okra since I don’t eat it. I recently tasted some Vincy coo coo and after it set in the fridge for a day, we cut it up and fried it so it got crispy on the outside. Tasted delicious with fried stew fish.

Blacks in Southern America also eat coo coo, but they refer to it as grits. I thinks coo coo would be great with shrimp, too. Italians call it polenta. Jamaicans call it turn cornmeal, and Jamaicans also make a sweet version of coo coo with butter, and brown sugar.

Hmmm🤔 I find that cornmeal coocoo cooking time was real short. Hope it was properly cooked, cause I cook my coocoo for a good 20 minutes or more. It looked pretty colourful. I usually put the Ochros in the fish sauce. I'll have to sample that to know if it was properly cooked. Good luck in your career. 🙏🥳💖

I didnt have coconut milk. But since I saw you use some type of heavy cream, I used evaporated milk. Was just as nice and tasty.
Evaporated milk is a no no. Use coconut milk.
Is it salted butter you used or unsalted?
