I think this is your best video so far sharing the history of one of the coins in your collection! I feel like I’m in a continuing education course and really enjoy that there’s another side to collecting which is knowing what you’re collecting. It’s also very obvious that you are a Numismatic Fanatic! 😊
I do love my numismatics, it’s like owning my very own museum
Pre 33 is beautiful and the history is awesome.
I don't have much and nothing in a slab. That is a beautiful coin!
It's awesome to see all the detail!
It’s sad to see how detailed are coins were back then compared to now
I really enjoy this channel and your no bs attitude. Very informative.
Thanks for the kind words Howard! Always great to hear from you!
I want some pre 33 so badly but it's definitely hard to save money for some especially with spot increasing, leaving me less and less "extra" cash. Great video and tips though. Really awesome stack.
Thanks anxious! I totally understand, gold in general can be difficult to save for with its price. Always great to hear from you!
@@StatesideStash definitely right. Thanks bro. Really been liking your stuff a lot. If you end up getting channel stickers made id love to add one to my sticker board. I only have a couple left and I'm not sure if I'll get more since I'm not putting content out anymore. Anyways, have a great week buddy.
@@AnxiousStacker you have a great week as well! I’ll let you know if I ever have them made
@@StatesideStash right on buddy
Even if you just save as little as $40 to $50 a week you’ll get one in a short year! I have faith in ya! Keep stacking
Man loving the content, every video has been extremely informative.
Thanks brotha!
Really enjoying your videos and your channel. Looking forward to what's next!
Appreciate it brotha! Always thankful for people like you who watch and comment
Great video as always brother good work!🎉
Thanks brotha! Hope you’ve been having a good week
I dislike slabs but with what pre33 gold is going for totally agree..
Same. I’d rather have that coin in my hand like the capsules you sent me but pre33 needs to be slabbed in my opinion
Congratulations on your two month anniversary posting videos on YT! Very impressive view and subscriber success 😊
Thank you!
Graded pre 33 definitely takes out the unnecessary "negotiations"
Nice stack 👍
Thanks brotha! It just makes life easier
Good info. Thanks
Absolutely!
10$ pre is my jam!
The $10 is one I still need. I haven’t found one at a price I’m comfortable with yet
I have yet to purchase any pre 33 gold as of yet, not to say that I won’t in the future. I have purchased gold and silver in all other area. I didn’t think I would get into vintage silver but recently I got a really good deal, so now I own vintage bars 🤷♂️ Keep up the good work SS, I enjoy watching your videos 💯💪🏼😎🇺🇸🦅
Always enjoy hearing from you silver patriot! What kind of vintage bars did you get?
@@StatesideStash I got some 10 ounce Johnson Matheys and a couple small Nevada coin mint bars
@@silverpatriot8715 wow! I still don’t have a JM bar but I will one day. Congrats on your purchase!
@@StatesideStash Thank you sir! 😃
I’ve been stacking gold & silver for a while but mostly just for lowest price so I haven’t purchased and graded coins. Plus I like to hold my coins in my hands without the plastic cases. I had not bought any Pre 33 gold until I recently bought an eagle and double eagle at close to spot at my LCS. They’re not graded, but I still think they’re great!
Congrats on your purchases! It’s just a suggestion. But if you got it from your LCS you’re good to go!
LOL you watched my video, the one with your name in it, my necklace in it. You know now what my choice in gold is and why. Good Knowledge.
Actually didn’t watch it yet
@@StatesideStash I don't blame you it took way too long.
Nice vid. I love love pre33 gold, especially double eagles snd $10 Indian head....isnt awesome! If i had known more about pre33 gold i would have bought more MORE.... Pre33s....still ok .....now rather later😜
That Indian head is gorgeous! It’s in my list to buy
Yes I have an unhealthy addiction to numismatic gold 😂.
Welcome brother!!! Haha
I'm glad my grandfather and his father gave them a big ol 🖕and kept their per 33 gold.. It wasn't alot but I'm glad to have it in my collection.... Now or days, I just get modern stuff because I'm not over paying for gold 😅.. Thanks for your time and the video
Thank you for watching! I’m glad some people refused to turn it in, kept history alive for the rest of us
@@StatesideStash exactly, I feel the same way... honestly I'm more thankful that my parents and grandparents before me taught me all about it... because from what I understand most of the time it's only a handful of people per generation that really understand what craziness is going on in this world and how everything fits together
@@TwitchRadio better to be safe than sorry to protect your family down the line
Good video. What’s your thoughts on the liquidity and choice between these two gold coins the British sovereign at .23 ounces of .910 gold versus the 10 pesos .24 ounce .900 purity.?
I’m biased cause I love Mexican gold and silver so I’d pick peso
You forgot the $4 Stella...
True lol left it out cause not many can afford that beauty
What do you think about the Indian head gold coins ?
LOVE THEM. Believe they are the only coin to have the design sunken down.
When did you start your numismatic journey?
My overall numismatics I started two years ago. Pre33 gold maybe a year ago
Do they have Gold Phil Harmonics, I think I would like one of those. 👑
Nope. Just US gold
@@StatesideStash er
I have a 1853 Copper Penny that looks just like that.
Yep large cents used the same obverse as the silver and gold coins did back in the day
@@StatesideStash One of those odd things I have grown to love. All I really needed was one with great details, makes all the difference.
What about a Pre 33 Gold Bar?
Video was more just based around pre 1933 gold coins
Stash, you know you can delete my comments and it will still help your stats : )
I know
That's not a Flip that is a piece of rubbish. I use the hard mylar Flip but only to send coins to be graded. Plastic is the best, we all know that.
Cardboard is for the shows and LCS that they use to write down grading
@@StatesideStash That's a good idea. I had to number coins going to PCGS, I used a Sharpie on the Mylar. So why not use a Mylar, Mark the Mylar then open the Mylar to 45 degrees to display the coin much the same way you did in this video. Cardboard is tackier than Copper.
