Totally agree. This one is going to go down in the history books for sure. I've never seen anything like this or any company that has put the time, effort, and money into a project. They killed it! This is the best of the absolute best.

When this car was announced I was fascinated by its aerodynamics and said "I want to do that". Here I am 5 years later beginning my first year of college studying mechanical/aerospace engineering, and still marveling at this beautiful car.
Michelin: “we wanted to make sure the tyre is always capable of out performing the vehicle”
Aston: “the tyre can’t take the downforce, we have to bleed it off”

A car like this belongs on slicks on a track - aka AMR Pro. Any other tire is lesser rubber.

This car is crazy. I don't think people appreciate it currently, but they'll understand when the car is $20M+ in 10 years. People need time to process it just like the Carrera GT, McLaren F1 etc.

Aston Martin have just simply the best sculptural styling of any car. The Valkyrie is exquisite and the colour of this example is just perfect ....

One of the first JWW videos I remember watching was the 458 Speciale delivery video probably 6 or 7 years ago now. I'm so pleased this type of content has been a staple of the channel and even more thrilled that the depth and breadth of information we're consistently presented with, is to a level that no one else can even come close to. James still feels like one of us car nerds and long may he continue to grant us such privileged access to a world most will never experience personally.

@@Ghostface944 Like he said in the video, it's his business partners car, but he was the one that spec'd it and went thru that whole process. He was transparent so it's not like he's hiding that fact, and I think it makes perfect sense that he would have a delivery and walk-through video about it. He also has a close relationship with AM so we probably would've seen this video with another car regardless if he hadn't had the opportunity to spec one. I think it'd be much weirder if the only content he made was with his own personal cars lol, how many creators do that?
The engineering on this car is insane. This car is definitely going down in history as one of the greats.

I am pretty sure this guy is one of the engineers given f.e. his knowledge in thermodynamics, so don´t feel too bad as you probably won´t have the opportunity to be as deeply involved in the development as he is. 😉

If anyone has watched Rob Dahm's teardown of the Cosworth race engine that he acquired, you'll notice that the electrical connections are the same on that as on Valkyrie. I was glued to this. What an insane amount of engineering. Well done.

The water bottle, number plate aero and actuators within the active aero to name but a few. Haven't even moved beyond the front wheel arch 😂.

The design of this car is next-level insane. From a distance, it looks like a crazy hypercar, but when you get close, you realize that it's more like an F1 race car that's wearing a road car disguise. Absolutely amazing.
