    Great video. Many beginners struggle to find a proper diet because they want fast results and they end up with no results at all, less money in their pockets and health problems. I encourage all of you to do a research and find a diet that could work for you. If you still don't know where to start, consider Next Level Diet as your starting point (it comes with a workout plan which I find convenient as it doesn't require going to the gym at all). This way results are guaranteed. đŸ’ȘđŸ’ȘđŸ’Ș

      quick question; i don’t understand how i’m supposed to lose weight, i intake about 2,500 a day probably more without a diet, i burn 700-1,000 calories on a good day and try doing 30min intense cardio within my calorie range, i don’t know what my calorie deficit should be since when i did a 1,650 i gained weight and when i did a 2,000 i still gained and with 1,300 i lost for a bit then gained again, any tips that could help?

    • @ProFow
      @ProFow Pƙed 2 lety +8

      @@lkf8627 that smells fishy, i suspect inaccurately tracking calories. most ppl assume that condiments dont have calories or track them incorrectly. Get a kitchen scale to weigh food, measuring cups and spoons. Also when you said u burn x amount of calories that's irrelevant because i can assure you that's inaccurate (there's no way to accurately track this).
      Here's what to do:
      **Important** Do not change your activity level throughout this process.
      1-Find your actual maintenance. Eat at 2500 calories for 3-4 weeks while weighing yourself daily
      1.1-Get the weekly averages of your weight, you'll use the averages for step two
      2-If you gained weight, then thats not your maintenance, drop your calories according to how much weight you gained (take your weight gained in lb and multiply by 3500, then divide by the number of days you did the process for [example 21 days if u did 3 weeks]. The resulting number is how many calories a day you were approximately over your actual maintenance
      2.1-If you maintained weight, then now DON'T crash diet and only do 200-300 calorie deficits, ie eat 2200-2300 calories
      2.2-If you lost weight, then keep eating at 2500

    Hunger is caused by Ghrelin, a hormone which comes in waves, like literally waves on the beach. You feel hungry for half an hour, get busy, focus on something else for 30 minutes and the hunger goes away and it comes back a few hours later. When I cut I always push my dinner way into the night like 9-10pm to curb my late night cravings. I know some people don’t like going to sleep feeling stuffed but that’s what I do.

      I usually have _two_ meals a day, lunch and dinner. This way you can eat until full and still not go massively over your calorie budget. If I tried eating a million meals a day like I see so many people do I'd probably end up eating twice as much.

We both love big flavors and it's been hard on this diet because onion, garlic, mushrooms, asparagus and so many other things we enjoy are on the list of things I should avoid. I've only been consistently weight training for the last 6 months and for the most part I haven't followed any diet structure. I hit a pb 90kg squat the other day which isn't a lot to most but I'm happy about it and I'm improving month by month and my body is slowly changing as a result. Hi I used to be over weight at ur age. Just keep in mind u are still growing so eating is a good idea as ur body needs nutrients. I didnt starve myself but I ate quite unnutricious foods that got me f#ed. Eat plenty of protein bro and rest is calories in VS calories out that u burned. If u struggle to workout, try first walking, even 1 push up is a push up. 10 day 1 push up is 10 push ups u could have skipped cause its just one. Weightlose is a journey not a maraton. Dont rush to be the new skinny kind for 3 months. Take it easy and steady u wont regret it. Even if u fkup u cant start over buddy! Stay strong, hope 1 year after this I see a positive reply im vouching for u u got this

    Can relate to this so freaking much. Last year I dieted really hard. I was eating around 1000 calories fore about 2 months (was pretty fat before) I was constantly thinking about food and once a week I had a cheat day where I went crazy. The days leading up I would sit on the computer and look at mukbangs and the night before I had problems sleeping because I was finally able to binge. That was definitely not healthy and after discovering Will and Greg I learned the right way to go about my diet and fitness in general.
