Anyone in the commentsection who have some good recommendations to deal with achilles pain? Is it just best to stop running for 6 weeks. I am afraid to tear it 😅
Rest until the pain subsides. Do cross training such as cycling and swimming. Ease into some strength work for your calves and tibialis, there’s plenty on CZcams to guide you. Unfortunately tendon pain just requires rest
