    Manti has a very important place in Turkish food culture. It is one of our most popular and frequently made dishes. What is the recipe for minced meat ravioli, which is enjoyed by almost everyone from seven to seventy? What should be the consistency of the ravioli dough? What are the filling ingredients?     Dough Ingredients:
    3.5 cups of flour (350 grams)
    1 egg
    1 glass of water
    Salt
    Minced Meat Mix Ingredients:
    250 grams of minced meat
    1 onion
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    Salt
    Yogurt Sauce Ingredients:
    3 cloves garlic crushed or grated
    2 cups of yoghurt
    Salt
    Tomato Sauce Ingredients:
    3 tablespoons of butter
    1 tablespoon tomato paste
    Fabrication:
    Add the dough ingredients and knead well. After kneading, let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
    Mix and knead the stuffing ingredients of the manti.
    Make 2 or 3 balls from the rested dough. Roll out the meringues so that they are thicker than the dough. Cut the rolled out dough into 3 or 4 cm squares.
    Put the minced meat mixture into the dough you cut and close it in the shape of a triangle.
    Add 1.5 liters of water and salt to a pot and boil. After it boils, throw the dumplings into it. After cooking for about 10-15 minutes, check and remove from the stove. Place the manti on the plate on which you will serve them.
    Pour the yoghurt mixed with garlic on top.
    Add the tomato paste to the butter you melted in a pan and fry lightly. Pour the resulting sauce over the yoghurt. Enjoy your meal.
    Notes:
    The dough of manti must be firm.
