Very nice condo. only thing i would do is switch out that wobbly ceiling fan and then both bathroom door frames so that the doors swing into the room and not the bathroom. Other than that i wish i was in thailand to purchase that unit. A real steal for the price. The older units are the way to go.
I like these condos & the price is reasonable. No windows in a bedroom is a bit odd, but hopefully other condos in the building have windows in all bedrooms. I could be in the market to buy in Thailand in 12 months, so good to see some nice condos.
There is a window but they put a privacy screen over it as it faces the corridor for the building. Previously that section would have been the entrance for the studio

Another beautiful condo ❤. I seen a few balconies with a mosquito net. Can that be requested instead of the blind on the balcony? I'm a night owl, and I would love to relax on the balcony with some tea mosquito free.
From what owners have said, I think up on the 5th floor, they aren't such an issue
However, if needed, yes, they can be installed

Nice reasonably priced unit with impressive renovations but the layout is somewhat awkward. To install a decent sized fridge, you'd have to put it on the wall next to the breakfast bar, since I didn't see an outlet on the wall you suggested, but this wouldn't be too inconvenient, and you can install an oven in place of the mini-fridge. The problem I have with the unit is the bedrooms. Why would they place the ensuite bedroom next to the 2nd bathroom leaving what should be the Master well away from either? Logically, that area should have been used as part of the 2nd bedroom and the additional space used to make an ensuite connected to the Master.
This is an easy one to explain. This property was previously two studios, and the location of the bathrooms hasn't been changed. They kept the original layout of the bathrooms and just renovated them. The current owner wanted a quick sale, so he preferred not to knock down walls and just keep the price cheaper
There was some dude chilling out on the sofa messing with his phone as you were introducing the interior. Some people just have no respect, you'd think he'd at least make himself scarce while you're there working!! 😆 Nice refurb, bedroom 1 looks nice and cool with minimal thermal gain from the window. On a $ per sqm breakdown very reasonable price too.
I thought the price was good, like the apartment and the building and grounds. I prefer the older properties that are well looked after.

I hate the first bedroom. It's small and has no windows. That's a dealbreaker
It's definitely a lot larger than some of the bedrooms you get out here, but I understand about the window issue though there is one under the aircon unit
You should look for a trailer. You might like a double wide better .
