great video as usual. i actually really liked the studio for the larger patio area. I just wish there was room to squeeze in something like a recliner. I hate watching tv in bed, lol.

Those prices are crazy. I live in a small college town in michigan U.S.A. you can't find an efficiency/studio apt under $525 usd. and that's without pool, gym etc.
I know it’s hard back home and I fear it will get much worse. At these prices here it gives a lot of people hope for their retirement 👍❤️👍

No. But I have seen a few complexes that do have game rooms with PS5 in them. Unfortunately Xbox is not big in Thailand so I just buy a game pass subscription and play online. 👍

Do they have dishwasher machines in Thailand?
Usually not. Most condos use the space where a dishwasher would go to install a washing machine instead of putting it on the balcony. That or they might install an oven. Which are also somewhat rare in Thai condos. So the only place you usually only see dishwashers is in the larger luxury homes or a penthouse condo owned by a westerner that had a hand in the design/reno.

You only live once. Coming to this wonderful place is well worth the effort.
They really need to build these places to farang size if that's who they expect to rent/sell to. There's barely any room to get around the bed, that would get real old REAL fast.
Many complexes do have bigger rooms and bigger price too. If your budget is bigger then the world in Jomtien is your oyster 👍👍
