The 2 bedroom condo in this building is good for living, the rest are more like holiday homes or hotel rooms
You are correct. The idea is more for the smaller rooms to be just that. They also offer rental services here with guaranteed returns for the smaller units
Was that laminate flooring? Most condos have cold stone tiles, which is less nice, IMO, but better for maintenance.

I buy one apartment in pattaya. Big regret. Keep it for 12 years. Try to sell it. Lost 60%…. I see many guys out buy apartments all of them regret it. When is time to sell they all lost big. Never buy. Only rent. Rent is cheap and you free to move. One of my friend lost 2 condos totally lost it. He buy it was big scam. Total of 1 millions dollars. You get it. If you buy be ready to lose big when you sell it.
I say this time and time again; it's all about doing your due diligence
Yes! There are buildings you will lose money on but there are also many you can turn a decent profit on
I'd like to know what was the name of the places they supposedly lost everything on or 60% and what price they paid. Perhaps they were sold a condo that was marketed above the value price
If you enquire at the land registry office, you should be able to find out the exact worth of the property in relation to what is being asked...also be cautious of agents pushing a certain project too much. This is often a sign that they are being rewarded with very high commission rates, meaning the value of your property is likely worth a fair amount less than you pay for it
In any country, the property market is one to approach cautiously and with the right support and advice in place
