I will comment on this condo. I looked at another of these a few yrs ago. They fail 2 mention that U. R the other side of a dead end river, seperating this condo from the contiuation of the beach road still water smelly and dirty a breeding ground 4 moskito's. 😢 U have to drive up 2 the sucemvit and back down if Uwant 2 reach the beach road in 2 jomtiem only a couple of hundred mtrs away from the property if U want 2 use a car, as the bridge across the dead river is only wide enough to walk or drive a motorcycle across.
The roof top pool was delapataded and in serious need of refurbishment.
So you didn't enjoy it then 😂

In fairness he did say that the pool is currently undergoing refurbishment. Mozzies shouldn't be a problem on the 6th floor so that's not really an issue with this particular unit.

Nice. The best you've shown in a while. My only complaint is it's only a one bed unit. I'd be seriously considering this one if I didn't want at least two bedrooms.

Good presentation but it feels really not like a bargain. The Building looks like it has seen better days as well... not sure how to put it. It looks more like maybe 6 Million to me (on a very good day). It is one bedroom and inside it looks decent. Also the view is good.

I agree with you. The building was not well maintained before but they have recently invested money into better maintainence
In terms of the price, it's always hard to say if overpriced or not. Everyone puts their own value on what a property us worth to them.
On a personal note, it is a little overpriced for a one bed, but with very few units in this condo, it's definitely a very quiet and more exclusive place to live, and there ate a dually a number of great international restaurants just in front of the condo where you can dine on the sea front

Nice condo but just my thoughts 7.5 million baht that's over 100k per sq meter and only 1 bedroom also far out of town but nice and quite the balcony is cool and quality views nice CZcams channel I have subscribed good luck with the sale

Pattaya is such a tough market right now. Everyone is trying to dump their property for hard currency, especially the Chinese.
Hmmmm many Chinese are still buying.
In my honest opinion it's mostly Europeans trying to get rid of properties previously bought under Thai company names
Chinese continue to hold onto them and are renting them out

Because there was refurb work going on and we didnt want to put the workers on camera. I'd say the pool is roughly 10m. Not very long

Did anyone use Wise ( Canada or US) to transfer money to own account in Thailand and buy after ? Or it is better to directly pay to the seller Thai account from Canada or US ?
Both options are viable. It depends on your bank's transfer fees. I personally use Wise and do a direct transfer to the other persons Thai account to make it quicker, but of course you could transfer to your own account first
Prob 1 of the best furnished condos have seen here…good sized living area with nice furniture & a great location too!! Much prefer the quieter areas these days like here….na Jomtien..ban ampur etc…With that location & sea view comes a hefty price tho…good work as usual!!🧐👀😉😎

It's still on the market as expected. It's overpriced, as I mentioned in the post, so we didn't expect it to sell just yet. It was more for promoting this location
Rental wise you are looking at 20 to 25k a month

Nice, but quite expensive. 1 bedrooms in the Copacabana are cheaper. Sure, they are smaller, but that property has multiple pools, gym, sauna etc, so even thougjh this 1 bedroom is 70m2, it shouldn’t be more than 5000000thb.
I agree it is little expensive, but it's hard to compare to copacabana. Yes, they have amazing facilities but the condos are so small and compact and furnished cheaply. Many of the rooms are falling apart and you are surrounded by so many people renting for a few days. Facilities are also overrun with tourists using them

I agree that the facilities here are a bit below standard. Though if what a buyer is after is a sea view, an extremely quiet condo with very few units, and isn't too worried about facilities and likes Na Jomtien, this could be ideal
Alright so it's a bit expensive, but where in the world are you going to get a beach front condo with those uninterrupted views of the sea for that sought of money .
Yes, this is true. New condos are popping up all the time, but at least here, you know no one is going to build anything in front of you, blocking your view and making your property fall in value

I don't think there is a single area in Pattaya that doesn't have soi dogs. Even outside the most luxury condos you will find them, but they are pretty harmless if you don't annoy or scare them
Definitely not noisy from cars as there is little traffic
In terms of the smell, the water was at low tide when we were there but I honestly didn't smell anything as it wasn't right on top of the lake

That is NOT PATTAYA Thats way over there in Wongmat. there is NO Transportation infrastructure No Major Shopping There NONE Wongamat ,Naklua , Jomtien ,ChaiyaPruek , Baansary ,Sattahip They are Located in Chonburi same as Pattaya in Chonburi
BUT THOSE PLACES ARE NOT PATTAYA they are a few minutes drive away from Pattaya and for any realtor Trying to bring and use those. same Western selling Lies need to stop

I’ve lived Chonburi And Rayong & other parts of. The Kingdom of Thailand and Every place near Pattaya is not Pattaya To try selling property in Thailand without mentioning available VISA requirements is wrong and the other part of that is
leaving out surrounding in many case. under developed transportation shopping infrastructure in many of those areas and the resell difficulty in older age will be a challenge

If you listen carefully, I NEVER say we are in Pattaya. I say 'Welcome back to living in Thailand.' Today we are in Na Jomtien and also mentioned the distance to other areas
