Keith Earls is brave on every front, some interview
Unreal interview boys, Joe gets the best out of people in these kinds of interviews and Keith is one of the most likeable people on this island, could listen to him all day

Amazing interview again by Keith Earls.. we have loved him, followed him and never knew his struggles... a hero to many forever.. ! Continued best wishes Keith!
For somebody who grew up dyslexic in Ireland in the 70’s & 80’s, I will take to my grave the memories of self shame and burning embarrassment that comes with it, I had to hold back the tears watching this interview. Thank you Earlsie 🙏🏾
The thing about Mr Earles is that anyone who knows him or is just a fan of.rugby look at this man as a figure to respect and admire. His commitment to the game and very obviously his country is clear for
all to see. He is an Ireland great no matter about his background.
He’ll conquer his post rugby career just like he did everything else.
Top man!
Keith is a role model for all young children.
He's a brave lad. Fair play to him.
We always knew that in Moyross anyway.
We are all so proud of him.
This is one of the most open interviews I've ever seen. Especially for a player that is still playing. It's nothing but inspirational. Joe did a great job on it too.
Has to be said, one of Ireland's greatest players. Fantastic that he can come out a reavesl something so personal and perhaps can help others in both in sports and out reach their potential.
Amazingly raw interview. Even as a Leinster man I have always admired Keith the player and now I have even more respect for him coming through his battles. Good job all round.
great interview and just smiled when he openly spoke of mis spelling his daughter name ❤. i hide it from work every day and have 2 amazing lads who help me with spelling 🥰
Total Respect for this man and family.
An amazing individual and very brave to speak so honestly, he will save lives by doing this. Mental health is still such a huge issue on island of Ireland. Hope he inspires more people.
Great interview folks. Joe does a great job on the questions. Keith has an unreal strength in his honesty. Well done both, really enjoyed that.
It was always easy to admire Keith Earls quiet, unassuming manner and rock solid playing skills. To now see what he was carrying and struggling with only deepens the admiration and respect he's due.
What a great interview, I hope this is shared with secondary schools as mental health and self worth is so important. Bravo Keith 🙌.
Respect ! Not easy to talk about the subject, but clearly a brave, courageous and skilful individual who is respected world wide. Thank you for sharing.
Fantastic interview by Joe and Keith. I can guarantee he has helped so many people with this and I look forward to reading the book and wish him and his family the best for the future.
Honestly an outstanding interview from both Keith and Joe, fair play to Keith for being so raw and honest in his answers, this will no doubt encourage and inspire a lot of people.
Incredible interview Joe, and sincerest thanks for being so open and honest Keith, you are a credit to Moyross, Limerick, Munster and Ireland. A seriously brave and strong gent, who is the epitome of Munster doggedness. Keep that chin up, and don't pay head to the negative Will be buying the book most def
Keith you are an amazing role model. Your country is so proud of you 👏
Excellent interview. Keith's an inspiration to so many in Ireland and his story will no doubt do a lot of good for many people. Incredible what he has achieved and continues to achieve. Can only wish him continued success!
I always thought Keith was just the strong quiet type.
But I know your pain Keith if you're reading this.
Reassuring to know a great man like yourself has his demons too. Chin up champ 🏆 💪 🙏
What an amazing person.
Amazing interview. What an incredible story of a great man and player brought out by a very well prepared interview who has the rare ability to let his guest speak.
Powerful stuff. Further proof that Keith Earls is the man.
Always had huge respect for KE and what hrs achieved....but for all his sporting achievements, these disclosures and the personal battles he has had, has put him on a different level of respect and admiration imo...what a man..
Keith, your an inspiration, you took my breath away in red, blew us all away in Green and now your inspirational in showing what a real person is. I am dyslexic, I accept my weaknesses, have gone on to do ok in life, we find a way!
Thanks Keith ❣
Such a great guy! Really amazing bravery both on the field and off it. Agree that he is a lovely guy and so inspiring. Keep up your brilliant work!

It's not about Joe 😢
Joe is such a great interviewer, he allows the person to speak freely. Keith Earls.... no words for how much we love this man and player. Hero.
Must also give credit to the interviewer. He’s always excellent too.
By far the best on OTB. Very prepared and knowledgeable as well as courteous. No agenda other than to have his guest speak.
Keith Earls, what an inspiring and courageous man.
Amazing interview. Would never have guessed the depths of what he went through. Was always my favourite Irish player; just something about him and his manner on the pitch and how he comes across when he speaks
A fairly incredible interview really. The honesty and willingness to show vulnerability is something to behold. I can get how it will help people
Thanks keith for your honesty

Ner a better man has ever donned an Irish jersey - of any sport. A pure gentleman on and off the pitch.
Joe is clearly the strongest journalist with off the ball. Great interview.
What a fantastic story. This will make you an even greater hero, Keith. I can spell - kinda - but who the hell cares? You are priceless. After this, I'll buy your book.

I was living in Limerick around the same time and relate to the fear of been in the wrong place at the wrong time. I also knew his dad and uncle who played with Young Munsters both as tough of nails and you needed to be though to grow up in Limerick. But I have always admired Keith and would have seen him around great player more important great person.

wtf lads this Keith Earls fella must be a cousin of mine hahah we look the exact same
What happened to him?
Well done on him speaking out but it dispels the myth about exercise helping mental health conditions. Here’s a guy who exercised like a maniac and yet he was as low as a pigs belly. The exercise advice offered by Doctors is just a one size fits all, generic piece of advice they offer to anyone with Depression, anxiety etc. There’s little rationale behind it. Some peoples anxiety / Depression is that bad they can’t even go to the gym or run down the street in front of people.
It need not mean it is a myth just that it doesn't work for everyone. For some exercise will help their mental health.
Exercise to relax or simply to be outside is very different. The pressure of training to win games or to rehabilitate serious injuries require a mental pressure that walking the dog or playing football with the kids in the back garden doesn't require.
It doesn't dispel anything. Exercise is proven to reduce stress and boost endorphins. It didn't work for Keith. It works for many people.
Keith is a role model for all young children.
He's a brave lad. Fair play to him.
We always knew that in Moyross anyway.
We are all so proud of him.
