    Don‘t be fooled guys, this is the real deal! I‘ve tried a few fuzz faces (even Sunface NKT) and this one is hands down the best one I tried! The trick is that Fuzz Face is an instrument. It is the Telecaster of pedals, and you need to know how to use it. Crappy playing, crappy guitar and a crappy amp that‘s not cranked? Forget about it! You are allergic to noise? Look elsewhere! But plug in a decent guitar into a good amp, roll back the tone and volume, find a spot on the Fuzz and Volume dials where it sounds best and voila! Nothing else comes close! And when you do that, It‘s pretty much the same which fuzz face clone it is, as long as it is built and biased properly! Also, don‘t trust the corksniffers! Germanium has its uses, but in reality you will get lost in the mix! Get a Si pedal, roll back the tone and volume to tame the harshness and have fun! 🤘

    I've got a similar fuzz pedal to this. My problem with that one is that you have to turn the volume pot up at least to halfway to get a decent sound out of it. But if I do, it's simply so damn loud that it's just not bearable. Especially if I turn up distortion too. Is this a general phenomenon with fuzz pedals or is it a fault?

    • @KaninTuzi
      @KaninTuzi Před rokem

      It's a problem with a lot of pedals and amps that they sound the best when cranked. You either have to play the big stages or find yourself an attenuator to bring down the volume. A quick and dirty fix you can do is put some clean pedal with a volume control behind your fuzz and roll down the volume as a sort of anti-boost.
