This looks delicious! I've made something similar using just heavy cream and Nutella. I start by whipping the cream and then adding enough Nutella to sweeten to my liking, and finish whipping the cream and freeze. The texture is exactly like those Fudgsicles I remember from childhood :0)
If you like Nutella so much you should put Nutella and marshmallows in bread (like a sandwich lol) and grill it. It's like a desert version of grilled cheese.
Can I replace sweet condensed milk by some other kinds of milk like organic ones?! Even tho as u said the popsicle might not be as good as using condensed milk.

I made them and they're not complicated at all. The condensed milk is for making it very creamy, if you made it with just Nutella and milk it would be like ice. Trust me, they're delicious and I can NOT eat anything that's too sweet, I always feel like I'm going to vomit whenever I eat cake. These are delicious!
