Not putting the phone down is disobeying the cop, and even if it was legally justified to demand that, it give no right to pepper spray. You can only use a mace, or a taser or gun, if you are being threatened, not to force someone to obey, making this attempted assault and battery. No, cops can LEGALLY use mace or pepper spray on the non-complaint. Also, you have to realize the footage recorded was started midway through the incident. We don't know what happened before the portion we are seeing was shown. A portion that was especially curated by this individual or someone else to exhonerate him or show the officer in a poor light. For all we know the guy had been refusing to exit the vehicle after being told to do so, and failing again to comply when told he was being arrested. At that point, police are authorized to use Non lethal force to gain compliance (i.e. pepper spray). Also he was told to put the phone down, never turn it off. There is no legal right to being your own camera man.

90% of the police officers in the United States have no clue of the law. they are only told to make money for their department and many of them are racist and use the badge to take out their hate on people. many of them are protected by their own departments and when caught breaking the law or abusing their power usually end up with a 2 week paid vacation while the department pays lawsuits with tax payer money. Getting shouted out of the dojo is likely better than getting bent up into a pretzel and feeling it for a week. It also avoided any of the legal problems that may be a risk of handling things the old-fashioned way. If a driver refuses to follow a lawful order such as stepping out of your vehicle, the policeman CAN force you out. At this point, what ever previous infraction you have committed, no matter how small, becomes irrelevant. There's a lot of the context missing in that video, maybe the cop was a bit too quick to pull out the pepper spray, but you also should NEVER argue with the cop about whether you did the infraction of not. Take your ticket, go home, then the next day, contest the ticket in front of a judge where dash cam, body cam, etc will be made available, to show if the policeman was overzealous or if indeed you were speeding or whatever. Being uncooperative and argumentative will get you nowhere any time soon.

When they're not even staff, nor your manager, nor any person in any higher-standing position than you. It's funny as fuck seeing them try to exert their "authority" unto you. 7:00 The point that was being made is that abortion bans affects people with wombs. That includes most cisgendered women(women who were assigned woman at birth), most trans men(who are either intersex or assigned woman at birth), and some nonbinary folk.
The point the person was making is that YES cis women(women assigned woman at birth) are the largest part of the people who are directly affected by abortion bans, but not the Only people. In saying only women are directly affected, it's erasing all the people who are affected who aren't women. That's harmful not just in the sense that it "hurts peoples feelings", but also because it means that those other folk won't be represented in any legislation that replaces the ban.
Say for example that supreme court decided to overturn it's decision tomorrow, and abortions were a protected right for women under United States Law. It might leave ambiguous whether or not trans men, intersex folk, and anyone who isn't a cisgendered woman have the same protection under the law.
This isn't just about words and feelings, though they are important, It's about the legislative ramifications that these words bring with them.

In the 80s as a teen i grew up in san diego and was heavy into hard core punk and metal. back then slam pits were brutal. They weren't filled with people distancing and covering their heads. It was a free for all and you'd be lucky if you didn't come out with bruised up body and face or at the least a broken nose. It was packed with people and was basically a big fight where arms and legs flying everywhere. That looked like shit. I once jumped in came out bleeding from busted lip bloody nose and had a nice black eye. It was at a slayer concert.

True fans will always make it to the end! If for no other reason than the dopamine hit we get from the outro
