Let's see how to make Polyurethane chappals.Polyurethane(PU)is an organic polymer that features many organic units linked via urethane molecules. Main sources of its formation include di-isocyanates, tri- isocyanates and polyols. The chemical reaction between polyol and Isocynate helps in the making of PU chappals. The specific composition of these two chemicals will generate the exact shape for the chappals. The chemical combination is then poured in to the mould with the help of advanced machineries. After 4 to 5 minutes the making of chappals will be completed and it will be trimmed and shapped .After these steps the PU chappals will be packed and shipped for sale.
