En Elda, también (Comunidad Valenciana) también se fabricaban zapatos, pero eran de mucha calidad. Los italianos, nunca pudieron igualar la fabricación de zapatos de piel.

We underaprecciate work of these people. Also, we took shoes for granted and aren't really realizing how much effort need to be put in order for these to be made.

After watching many of your videos since finding you on TikTok several month ago, I think I've finally realized what it is that sets you apart from the other channels that make similar content. Obviously, the truly excellent production quality is a standout feature, and has been since the very first video. And the commentary is peerless. But it's not just the commentary, but rather what that commentary shows. It shows the human being behind the videos. Not just the wonderful people who work in these manufacturing facilities making all these products, though they are of course an integral part of this. It's how you showcase yourself in honest, often very funny ways through your comments that really shows off that there is a human being back there, behind the camera, making all this happen. And I appreciate you for what you're doing.

Обувной фабрика была и в ТАЛДЫ КОРГАНЕ. И ШВЕЙНАЯ ФАБРИКА, ПЛОДОКОНСЕРВНЫЙ ЗАВОД, АКАМУЛЯТОРНЫЙ. ЖИЗНЬ КИПЕЛА НИ КТО БЕЗ РАБОТЫ НЕ СИДЕЛ. В КИРОВСКЕ САХ ЩАВОД БЫЛ. РЯДОМ МАСЛОБОЙНЯ БЫЛА С СЕМЕЧЕК МАСЛО ДАВИЛИ. В УШ ТОБЕ МЯСОКАМБИНАТ БЫЛ. МОЛОКОЗАВОД. СЕЙЧАС ЗА 30 ЛЕТ ВИДИМО НИ ЧЕГО НЕТ. ВСЁ ОБАРУДОВАНИЕ ПРОДАЛИ КИТАЮ НА МЕТАЛОЛОМ. да везде много че позакрывалось , не только в Алматы
проблема не в том, что фабрику в Алматы уничтожили, а в том, что цена аналогичной обуви 250-300 американских тенге, и это не дорого! Маленькие зарплаты у людей не позволяют не только покупать такую обувь, но и производить такого качества обувь на фабрике. А самое главное - люди не хотят это менять...
한땀한땀 재봉질하며 일하시는 장인의 모습이 생생하네요 이렇게 어려운 과정을 통해서 생산되는걸 첨알았습니다.한국인의 자부심이 느껴지네요

I've been making sandles and hiking boots for nearly 40 years EVA soles on a density of 65 % show hardness. It's nice to work only with leather 2-2 2-4 thickness NOT over drummed 5 parts to a boot. Symbol of new shoes! Commentary is wonderful. By far the best channel for this type of content. Quality is excellent, of course. But the pacing combined with the actual shots -- everything we want/need to see with enough time to absorb it but not too much to get bored!
You're also a wizard for your access. Maybe simply a cultural thing. But like 90% pf companies in the US would never allow filming and if they did there'd be 100 lawyers involved to go over the footage.
It's partly a cultural thing. I am in India and during my university days I would frequent factories to see how they produced their goods. They were always happy to show around and often proud to showcase their factory.
Access to government owned factories needed some paperwork, but none of those papers (iirc) were that the company had zero liabilities if something happened. Which is strange when I think about it now, 13 or so years later. Many government factories have small internship programs for students doing technical courses.
Now I am not sure if how they would respond if I told them that I wanted to make a documentary and put it on CZcams. He is a genius (or wizard as you said) to have that level of access.

A very good shoe and high quality work of course - the future owners of such shoes must be very proud. And the room in which the old man was working besides the work looked more like a development lab for future modells than an actual production line? Of course this is a nice courtesy of yours, but how many pairs of shoes may he actually be able to make in one shift? And usually a production is organized step by step, with more than one person and as little other material and stuff is besides the work not to distract, cause next pairs of shoes already may come in a different size? And zips should be right at hand in a box within easy reach to the dozends? Anyway thank you for sharing!
