Is one supposed to play with 97 cards from the base game plus 54 from the expansion (151 cards total) or should i replace the point cards from the base game with the point cards from the expansion?
Sorry for late reply. The game is customizable to your hearts desire. You can replace specific point cards or you can play with all cards. Keep in mind that you could dilute the game with alot of cards in the mix. It all depends on how you like to play.
I don't get get why you would use the Joy of Puberty card. Can someone explain it?
One way to use Joy of Puberty is to play it on you so you take a few steps back to guarantee the win for the round. Lets say you are second in scoring points and you just need a couple to be in first. You could also play it on someone who is last in scoring so that they dont get the disaster card and the player who is second to last gets the disaster card. You are not playing to win the round in that scenario but rather spreading the wealth of disaster to someone else. :)
Can I mix Perils of Puberty, 5-6 Player and the basic game at the same time?
And if I only mix Perils of Puberty and the basic game together, how many players can I support?2~4 players or 2~6 players?
You should be able to mix perils of puberty with the base game and 5-6player expansion no problem. There is no limitation with this expansion. You will need the 5-6 player expansion though to play with more people. Perils plus the base game will still only be 2-4 players. So the other expansion is necessary for up to 6 players.

Each set has certain cards that are not part of the other sets. I see no harm in using perils expansion cards and not using cards from the 5-6 expansion while using the 5-6 player meeples and boards. Each expansion has almost the same number of cards. It depends on you and what you want to play with in the game. These games have no hard line. It depends on how much variety you want in the game and how diluted you want the card stack. The 5-6 player expansion has a change in rule where the top two players score on their boards and not just the top player of the round. So you need to factor that in the game.
