What an exceptionally clear and concise explaination of this somewhat confusing game for someone who has never played it and is too lazy to read the directions. Thank you!
Dude I cant say how amazing your video was I watched atleast 4 videos and yours actually explained the game thanks.
wow. thanks very much. i appreciate it and thanks for watching.
I loved this video! My whole family watched it and were able to have so much fun with this game! Thanks a lot
The instructions are ass, this video is a lot better, thank you
Great video, easy to understand, quick and to the point. Keep'em up.
Quick and easy! Thank you for the helpful guide!
Thank you this was more helpful than any other video i seen!
Glad it was helpful! and thanks for watching.
thank you, the instruction booklet was bad, literally has steps out of order... like moving the top scorer before the "scoring" calculations.... and the other video I found literally just read from it. this at least was reasonable.
Hello, new at playing this game. Very good video on explaining into detail. I do have a question though. When you swap points with another player, do you then consider your own board with the + or - ? Or do the points stay as is when swapping?
when swapping score, you just move your score token to where your opponents is and vice versa. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching.
This was so helpful! Thank you so much.
thanks for watching.
Hey! Great explanation. I have the game and played a few times, but still have some clarifying questions.
1) Is it only the player with the highest point card that gets to move that round (let's say 3 people are playing- one loses and gets a disaster card, no points for them except that card. One wins and counts the points on their card. Third one? Do they move at all, or no? You can only have the highest card to move?
2) Do disaster points- the disaster cards in your pile, count towards scoring? Or are they just at the end. For example, when it comes to things like switching scores, do those count, or are they outside of that?
That's one of the parts that is garbage in the instruction book.
They need to stop using the terms points, spaces, scoring separately.
You Score everyone, figure out who has highest points and gets to move, let them move.... then after all that, the players with disaster cards move spaces equal to owned disasters.
Very helpful thank you
So what the traits do? When the disaster card is reveal and match my traits what does it do? Ads +1 to what? My point cards? Sorry I'm latino and this rules confused me.
it adds/subtracts to your point cards when you put them down. for ex. if the disaster is a meteor, i’m a stego, and i put down a 4. because my trait is +1 meteor, my point card would be 5, bc 4+1=5
what they said :-) thanks for watching.
I have a question for the 2 players rules. I don’t understand which cards I need to remove from the deck ?
so for a two player game, they suggest that you go through and find all of the cards in the deck that have a point value of 1, 2, or 3. Remove them from the game. Only use cards with point values of 4 or higher. You play till you have four of the same disaster card or 2 sets of 2 cards. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching.
@@JMNCGames thank u so much. That definitely helps 💪💪
low score cards because they just get in the way
thanks for the tips
No problem! thanks for watching
Thanks for your video. Just curious how many instant cards can you play per round?
Can a player use more than one instant card or is it one per player per round?
what about inversion i still dont get that it says at the end of the rules
my apologies for the late reply. are you talking about the scoring inversion card? If so, this card, can only be played during the scoring phase of the round. Once played, the player with the highest scores and the lowest scores would change places on their scoreboard.
@@JMNCGames yes ik but if u look at the last paragraph of the rules (the one before the 2 player rules) it says something about inversion and I do not understand
What happens if people have the same highest or same lowest card?
Watch the video... 6:16
What to do if all players have all the same numbers?
then they all move and you put the disaster card at the bottom of the deck
