    You done a great job kiddo, you should be proud of yourself but you forgot ONE very important step: After straining buttermilk from it, you form your newly made butter in a ball. THEN put in a cheese cloth and rinse all the buttermilk out using very very cold ice water. If you neglect this, your butter will go rancid very quickly. It is also helpful if your mixer attachments and heavy cream is made very cold before starting.

      Maybe you could add recipe amounts to the description. I always look there when I see something I want to recreate. Butter though, I can do that. I used to help my G'Ma from Nova Scotia make butter; she made just about everything from scratch out of necessity. She went through the great depression and she kept her family well fed by food from her small farm. She still cooked on a wood stove up until her death, because she firstly couldn't afford an electric stove then when her grown children offered to buy her one, she declined because she had been cooking and baking using a wood stove since the early 1900's.

For God so loved the world that He gave His Only Begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish [in Hell] but have everlasting life (see John 3:16+). He is alive, and He still changes people's lives through His Holy Spirit sent to true believers and works miracle in His name. And He's coming back again soon to judge the world, get rid of evil once and for all, renew all things, and set up the physical Kingdom of God on the Earth, and God and man will be united again as it was meant to be at the beginning of creation.

      You wrap in a very fine cloth or even in a kitchen towel and submerge into cold water. You keep pressing the Butter slightly as long as the white, milky liquid comes out of it.

    Aren't you supposed to rinse that in cold water so the butter doesn't get rancid

      So I learnt. We never did that and did not have problems if the butter last 10 days but now I know I should rinse in cold water. Thank you all for the advice

      @ellamoeller  Před 7 měsíci +1

      Thank you for the feedback. It's heavy cream. Here in Europe we call it heavy cream and is also known worldwide as heavy whipping cream. The cream should be more than 36 percentage milkfat. I hope this helps.

      Appalachian trail 1100 miles (half)
      Ice age trail 500 (also half)
      Next month the pinhoti trail that will be 350 miles.
      Then finally finish the Appalachian trail. And then if there is enough time there is a 500 mile trail in spain
