Well you did register as an Owner/driver so why stop at one truck? You will soon have a fleet of several different versions of Scania/Volvo and then need some drivers. Go for it Tim! Good luck.
also, for the projector for the truck sim build, I'd suggest looking into a laser projector. They have insane image quality, and depending on the model, you could mount it to the dashboard, so you don't have to worry about shadows on the image

To give an insight into your flaming stack idea. It is actually quite easy, pretty much same principle as a motorcycle you just need a tank that would spray a bit a fuel into the exhaust and a switch for a spark which can be achieved with a spark plug mounted inside. It’s pretty straight forward but would look amazing coming from that Volvo.
I think it should have a custom FH14 badge on it. Volvo hasn't made a 14-litre engine so it would be a very nice and subtle hint about the 14-litre V8

Silver Volvo will be helens show truck red 144 is being broke blue one will most likely be a strict show truck and the new Volvo from the sounds of it will be a rough and ready ish v8 volvo

That drawing on the whiteboard looks like it's either a pulley diagram of some sort or a picture of a bracket I think?
i have an idea and it is so customize and make your scania r interior better with possibly some leds handy bits etc
did you add a extra peace of metle on the wheel and added the wheels back on so that the wheel coms out
Talking sims have a look on CZcams at the truck sim for stobarts they have movement full sim front sides and mirrors and also use actual Stobart cabs so that’s something to bare in mind
