you can set up mobile depots in the starter systems so you can recruit brand new ppl into your corp , you need to maintain them tho, its like a commercial you can refere to the bio of the owner char with more details , and put a catchy phrase on the name of your mobile depot , that might help you

get experience first on your own like join some groups in different spaces first like nullsec /npc nullsec , lowsec or wh space and see how they are doing things

REALLY enjoyed it ( kept dying every single time, had no solo kill for 1+ month)

Kronos sux, its all about the golem. Should have talked a bit about the tax rate, like don't have one if it serves no purpose yet. Seen quite a few corps that had a 10% tax yet no costs like an office to justify the rate except greed. corp office, structures or like a freighter to use for a corp buy back project all make sense for a 10% rate.

i joined the corp and found out I had little over 6 mons of training b4 I could help in Alliance Fleets plus I had to join 5 Alliance Fleets per month to stay a member I lost about 1.7billion and learned the leader was hardly ever on, there is almost never anyone in voice chat on discord from 4am texas time to 7pm texas time your really lucky if 1 person pops in for an hour. also if you think your going to get help if your attacked guess again 9 times out of ten there are 3 corp members online and the Alliance don't hear your please for help. The only nice thing is unlike horde where you get charged if you lose a cap ship blob they don't care it's on you to protect yourself and your cap ship overall it was a good experience I felt as alone there as I did mining alone in high sec. the video are good but give you a false idea of what joining the corp will be like everyone there is nice and don't have a stick up their ass like horde and I did learn a lot wail there but I'm back in high sec again I'm roseta mallard in-game if you cant run mumble on your PC even though 99% of the time your sitting alone in there this corp might not be right for you because its required to join
