Guys you need the telemetry expander and the gps module they don’t make a mounting bracket for my Hoss yet but I made my own. For true speed readings.
The Traxxas link works great because it adds no weight to the car

When I hooked up my link to my sledge it was fine but now the rc itself keeps disconnecting from the remote any help on why ?
Possibly a problem with the receiver.. maybe its wet! Check the gasket in the receiver box to make sure it isn’t pinched off anywhere. If that is all good, just make sure the batteries in the controller are making a connection.
What are the updates do you get them all the time I want you just hook it up to your car ??
For the link? It doesn’t happen very often, but it’s just something that Traxxas does to recalibrate the electronics
I love my sledge I will be getting this upgrade. But u need a better servo more power I have the AG7. I'm going even higher.

Mines didn’t update nor does it show speed - I thought you need the gps module for that ? Nvm you did it on the max and not the sledge - lol I was driving trying to watch your video lol

Yea. I kinda regret buying it. Did as many upgrades possible. It works butt sick of letting myself get conned What ever u do don’t but axial ryft.

We sure love ours! Its WAY more heavy duty than the E-Revo 2.0. The only thing that could be better is the servo, as it’s a bit slow. Yes it is quite pricey, but its definitely worth it
I gotta say I’m super happy with mine as well. Only things I’ve broken so far are one CVD and hinge pins.
I did bend a shock tower on a bad landing but I can’t fault the car for that...nor can I for the CVD...the hinge pins on the other hand are weak, and I broke 2 or 3 rears before finally upgrading to RPM Xmaxx hinge pins in the rear. Haven’t had issues with the front yet.
Super solid car overall.
@@zachyurkus yeah I snapped a front axle hub right at the wheel end of the dog bone.. but that was my fault as well. Good tip on the hinge pins. I'll have to see if I have any spares for my xmaxx's.
