it really disgusts me how people are saying that he was justified KILLING and injuring a cop....truly. He was told MULITPLE times to exit the vehicle he did not comply. They even tried to remove him from his vehicle without using the taser and still refused. This was not self-defense, it would have made more since as self-defense if he drove off, no he shot a deadly weapon killing one cop and injuring the other. Then, instead of just driving off with one cop on the ground the other running away to safety, he proceeds to open his car door (even though he was in so much "fear" of his life) and shot the downed cop AGAIN. self-defense, really...his actions will NEVER be justified. also not once did they pull out their weapons to make him in fear of his life at any point until after he had done killed one cop. these comments are disgusting and I wouldn't be surprised if the ones commenting this BS just hate cops or are his own family members....I don't know what world you all live in but the one I live in, wouldn't justify shooting a cop for doing their job...

That boy said that he wished he had stayed at the game with his son and never drove down that road. He'll be wishing before it's over that he was never born 😭 😂😂

This is the first court hearing where a witness can refer to notes without the attorney informing the court they would be referring to notes and then asked to review notes before testifying and not able to testify while reading their notes.

That doofus wasn't tased that many times, the first 2 prongs did not connect.. and he wasn't too concerned with where he was hit with it.. as he hid for days. Hard to take pictures of injuries when you're running from the police.

I find it amazing, when you're being tazed, police tell you to comply. The electricity won't let you comply, so, that gives officers more of an incentive to beat you up worse. The suspects instinct kicked in to survive when he pulled and shot his gun.

That's such a ridiculous comment. He had plenty of time to comply before tasers were deployed. He had no intention to comply at any time. These officers did nothing wrong. Instead of a dui, he is now going down for 1st deg murder. It wasn't self defense when he re-opened his car door and fired point blank to a defenseless officer.

Since you aren’t a local and are clueless. Kenny the shooter was a convicted Felon. Kenny was asked 100 times to exit the vehicle after driving erratically and into oncoming traffic. Kenny then shot officer McGowan and ran him over. Get a life troll

@@navyvet8798 Just because a court rules a certain law, doesn't make it a correct law. The Supreme Court has decided unjust laws in plenty of cases in history.
