  • Sheldon Simeon of Tin Roof in Maui demonstrates how to make three different Hawaiian Pupus while breaking down the historical significance of these dishes. Chef Sheldon always cook 's with Aloha. That's why his dishes are one of a kind and is so ono. He is not ashamed of his roots and displays it in his cooking. Growing up in Kalihi I can still smell the dishes my mom prepared. And the sardines and onions is my dad's favorite which I grew up enjoying. Stay safe out there Chef Sheldon and you have a blessed day. Aloha from Kansas
