He insists the defendant stole his moped, so he is suing her for unreturned property and emotional distress. The defendant says she purchased the moped and claims the plaintiff was physically and mentally abusive during their relationship. She says the plaintiff stabbed her tires, so the defendant is countersuing for damaged property and emotional distress.
