honestly i've been wanted to found a channel like this for a long time. don't know why i only found this now but thanks for making this. you actually made video a tour of the entire house and showing the details, not only the snippet and bits only of the house. i feel like i also experience the house entirely. i binge watch and love commentary you add in the vid about tips on buying house or how some details need to be for the better. seriously i wish you for someday not only giving us tour on house you sell on vegas but also like internationally haha..
4 Years later videos like this with an awesome intro and 40 minutes of a very detailed tour have turned into ~10 minute snippets and bits. Go figure.
I think this house is beautiful. I can't get over how many people don't understand that it's a model. You're working out of the model house. That's why the garage is an office. That's why the second garage is another office. Which could be a bedroom you stated all the stuff in the video people just don't pay attention.

(My Aunt Lives There) is very nice and you have to go threw lots of security and gates to get threw it. My aunts house is private but this house isnt. It is actually in Henderson NV, right next to Las Vegas, NV. People think it is in Las Vegas because of the Strip Views.

This house is freaking Beautiful. The more I told myself "it can't get any better" it always did. Spiral staircase leading to even more space. A pool. So many entertainment areas in the house it's insane.
By far one of my favorite homes. Thanks I needed to see this for more inspiration to keep doing positive things in my life to get to a level like this.

I love this house and find myself watching the video at least once a week. Here’s what I would do differently...I would change out the railings from the metal to glass. That would make the home look more upscale and less industrial. I would also change the backsplash in the kitchen. The kitchen isn’t impressive, but with the right backsplash, you could have a definite “wow” factor. I would also make all the doors on the back part of the house pocket doors. I know you said that there could possibly be more bedrooms, but where would they go? When I first started watching your videos, I thought, does this sell houses? Because you seem to rip them apart. Now, I can appreciate how thorough you are with every detail. I’ve learned so much from you, and you will be the one I call when we’re ready to make the big move from the Midwest to there.

Chakits, Chakits, Chakits... also, all those doors you we're opening around the house are not pocket doors they are one push magnetic flush-mounted doors... seamlessly installed like the refrigerator. Remember pocket doors slide into the wall. Keep up the good work buddy.

I pretty much liked everything about this home. I probably had 100k out of the 140k views on here, lol. I've always been a fan of what I jokingly call hotel-chic. I'm a big fan of everyone having their own space but being able to see everything that's going on in the open spaces. That laugh in the mirror had me rolling!

Neither the outdoor spiral, or the indoor wooden backless stairs would I want to tackle after a couple drinks and high heels. An elevator would be a great addition - a safety measure as well.

Yea we use them to rinse the chlorine, etc off our kids and others before they come in the house from swimming. Same thing I do when we go to the beaches in cali. They have outdoor showers.

Yea, that's how I started years ago. I would visit model homes many times, find out what income it took to own them and set a plan in motion. I remember when my wife and I saw a model home we wanted to own. We toured the model probably 10 times and drove through the neighborhood probably 20-30 times over 2 yrs. We would park and just sit in the neighborhood and talk about living in the neighborhood since we could see the strip from the street. We even sat with the realtor and looked over the option sheet even though we probably made 1/3rd the income to afford it.
I told her what we needed to make and she stepped out of her shell and did public speaking for a travel company which tripled her income and I decided I would only apply for sales jobs that had 6 figure potential even if I had never sold their product/service and we bought a house in the neighborhood 3 yrs later! I'm still a dreamer. I always told my kids, how can you buy something you dream about, if you don't know what income level it takes to afford it.
Vegas has many different styles since people move here from all over, but the modern contemporary is coming on fast. My wife and I visited this Blue Heron model and it is more impressive in person, although we prefer a little less modern. Our kids prefer this look. We go look at models all the time just for entertainment.
When you are in your backyard or on balconies at night here in Vegas and that 80 degree breeze is blowing, while the pool water feature is flowing a nice sound and having a drink, it makes you start dreaming, no matter what level place you currently live in.

And you right, anything I want to afford for a car to a house, I call and check what's the payments or how much it cost. Coming from new orleans i need to move to a new location. I'm sure quality of life is much better than where I'm at now. The people that help me the most are people i barely even know. God has blessed me with great mathematic skills and everything is starting to pay off. I would love to move to Vegas and get around more business minded people. As far as houses, the houses in New Orleans are old as hell and embarrassing compared to the styles of the Vegas houses from features to lighting. I plan on moving before Christmas.

Dream home, I’d def go for the 5 bed room option. My only thing is, if I did, would certain features that I like about this home be stripped down or taken away. That outside shower in the first master bed room is a gem though 👌🏾👌🏾

You are so correct when you said, "everyone should be able to have this kind of lifestyle". Huge house! Loved the design, especially the fact that it offers a spectacular view of the strip. I hope there will be no other houses above this home. Having the mountain as a back drop makes this home so much more valuable. The Las Vegas strip lights must stand out at night, especially from the top deck. Loved everything about this home except for the kitchen island. Too small. The infinity pool was my favorite. This house reminds me of the houses on Hawaii Loa Ridge. A house of this size, style and land would easily start about 6 million, and you would have multiple offers, mainly because of it's updated style.

I actually went into the same model and this video is great but to see it in person is breath taking. You really have to be there to experience it. I went into some more traditional style homes after that and it just wasnt the same after leaving this place.

Are large scarab beetles a problem in houses in NV? What about scorpions and snakes? Maybe the chlorine in pools helps keep them away?? Also I didn't hear any creaking on the second floor.. Did it seem to be almost soundproof.. maybe a layer of cement between floors?
I've never seen beetles here in Vegas nor scorpions/snakes. I have a company come out every 3 months to spray with runs me about $35.00. All I can say is that they are a great builder. Its a solid house.

love the concept but there is so much redundancy that led to additional cost. I bet the architects of this house are bachelors or divorced as they focus their design not to create a family home but a house intended to impress guests as they focus on aesthetics. Huge lot area for just 3 beds but so much places for living room entertainment.

One of the best homes. Just not enough rooms. Every other room makes sense but hope adding bedrooms don’t subtract what rooms/living space is there. Feel like they need to add more square footage for at least 3 more rooms hehe besides that house is amazing
I would convert one of those are part of the garage into a bedroom and have the one or two car garage instead of three car garage and one of those rooms behind the dining room could be converted into a bedroom slash office hints 5 bedrooms! By the way what were those two dudes doing when you open the door they walked away real fast looking suspicious LOL
