HI, thanks for the video. I lo0ked up the link to the camera you provide but of course it wasn't available and I looked elsewhere and it said there it wasn't correct part number for our prospective 2012 T and C Touring van. Any ideas on another part or why the number didnt appear to work for this vehicle? Thanks!
ok I already updated a new link just keep in that the camera is cheaper because is for dodge charger it is a bit different but doing some Mods it will work just fine like I did it in the video. if you call the stealership they want almost 400 just for the camera which is insanely overpriced.
yea the reason is because i used a camera from a dodge challenger and if you look online the OEM camera for the Vans is almost 400 bucks, that's why i made this video with that camera you will only have to do a small modification and it will work.
it is very tiny to show on the camera but u only need a hair clip to take out the cables there is a little clip that holds the cable and u can release it with the hair clip
You’d think manufacturers would put the camera INSIDE the vehicle behind the rear window, out of the elements. Especially on minivans. No more wiping off your camera constantly because you could just turn the rear wiper on! Seems like a no brainer, which is likely why they don’t do it. I’m going to be either relocating or installing a second camera and abandoning the original on my wife’s T&C.

Nice video, I have a 2010 Town and Country, your link to Amazon shows that the part (rear camera) is not compatible with the 2010 T & C.

Can you show in more detail the part when your remove the ground wire from the plug? You skipped that part.

to remove the connector pins you can use a paper clip.
