- 10 Awesome Things (Easter Eggs and Secrets) You May Have Missed in Assassin's Creed Syndicate :)
Assassin's Creed Syndicate has some awesome secrets and references such as posters of Ezio and Edward, then there are some nice references to Desmond, there is also a guy singing the sea Shanty "Leave her Johnny" from Black Flag and many more. If you enjoyed this TOP 10 video and want us to make more then please like this video. - Hry
"Not funny universe, not funny at all."
looks like Shaun has a heart after all
well desmond was a bitch
My heart kinda broke at that part. I was like "AW SHAUN ISN'T A TOTAL GRINCH."
I laughed so much, lmao. Like, Shaun hated Desmond so much, and now his crying in a room, lmaolmaolmaolmao
shaun did not hate desmond at all he was just occasionally a dick towards him
Desmond said in AC 3 "Oh f*ck you Shaun!'
I laughed
the shanties...ac4....feelings...
me too
Summer memories returning. Edward and The Jackdaw.
That damn AC4 hit a special spot in my heart....Edward had a hell of an adventure
damn. I almost cried when I heard the piano. the Shanty was beautiful
me too
1847 likes? that's the year Jacob and Evie were born
+Ibrahim Omar The Frye twins are AWESOME!!
+ACVideos yeah they became my favorite characters
+ACVideos I knew it!!! I knew the outfit worn by George was the outfit from the assassins creed victory leak.
+Ibrahim Omar sry but i gotta ask you so i have been playing some rogue but i cant seem to find the outfit or your profile picture could u tell me what is it called in game
+RaveNN keep playing trough the story line and u should get it. if not got to the uniform shop and I'm pretty sure you'll see it there
The Desmond and Edward secrets made me kind of sad
Altair and Ezio's dont?
yea this is very sad
This game turned out a lot more better than I thought it would.
Dammit, so you're the reason I couldn't chose that CZcams name.
Oh well, guess you just got there first, well played
+Mev3003 u can have any name u like if u use google+ to change it
Good god, how soon after AC 1 came out did you take that name?
This was actually a very solid game, just a few bugs and that God awful ending left a sour taste in my mouth. I'd probably rank it my 4th favourite behind AC 2, Brotherhood and Black Flag.
+Tim Homer Where would you rank Rogue?
Black Flag gives you nostalgia even if you just played it a few hours ago...
yeah, you right man..
Yesss
I played AC4 in 2017, Origins early 2019, 2 & BH late 2019, then 1, Revelations, 3, Lib, Rogue, Unity and then finally just finished Syndicate today. Actually liked Syndicate! Since I played it 3 years agter BF, I had a lot of nostalgia going in Kenway's Mansion, also liked experiencing Victorian London and cool Historical Figures. And now I'm off to Odyssey!
Actually i've just played it a few hours ago
also, the train in the opening sequence has the year 1476 on it which is the year ezios father and brothers died and when he first became an assassin
I imagine it must be fun to be able to add as many easter eggs as possible.
I really like Evie. Altair would be proud
II Aphelion Altair would have hit it lol
II Aphelion why would he be proud?
II Aphelion AGREED!!!
@@michailmichailidis8389 because ll Aphelion like her
@@michailmichailidis8389 Because they're both assassins who prioritize stealth and knowledge.
Wow, so many Edward references, then again, he was British.
He was welsh
Welsh*
Welsh actually.
+The Burning Owl Keep in mind that we Welsh are embarrassed at being called "British".
Fine, my bad. I typed Edward as British by accident and haven't had the time to go back and edit knowing me as a lazy fuck. My apologies.
2:00
I have a theory that the singer might've been descended from one of Edward Kenway's crew mates.
+BHuang92 it cant otherwise he would be over 150 years old
CaZe Scythe I mean descendent. Or the simple answer that this was a popular sea shanty................
They're sea shanties, they were song everywhere
That's your theory,in fact they just reused resources
The one thing I find funny, I showed this video to a friend the day it came out, and he said, "Why is this Shaun guy crying over this dog named "Desmond"? What the fuck is wrong with that guy?" He still has no idea that Desmond died at the end of Assassin's Creed lll
He knew that Desmond died
I know, but the friend that I was talking about didn't know, he's one of those guys that doesn't play a game but says he know everything about that game.
Lowlands away....Man, I love that song.
i love randy dandy oh
Yeah, the song made me really nostalgic. I think I might turn on the ol' ps3 again :)
" Over the hills and far away " I'll drink to that song so dearly. Such beautiful melancholy Sniff Sniff.
Joel Walden I love Drunken Sailor. I'm writing this comment "Early in The Morning" :)
Joel Walden Lowlands awayyyy f** I miss adewale
"Leave her Johnny" best shanty on AC IV bf
And randy dandy oh
Anybody who owns and finished Syndicite definitely knows at least two of the things you listed. Especially the Desmond one.
The Desmond one and Shaun crying hit me in the heart, shed some tears. I miss Desmond. And that's coming from a guy, assuming you go by the stereotype men don't cry, which is malarkey. Yea, that's right! Malarkey!
Berkay Yilmaz I actually didn't notice the Ezio one. I didn't spend a lot of time in the building. XD
+Galahad when i saw desmond on the mission i knew it was a mock lol
+Wide Gaming Sorry if this sounds nooby, but what does the name desmond have to do with shaun?
caketin neenan They were close friends before Desmond died. Apparently.
as an assassins creed lover and after playing nearly every game countless times it hurts me emotionally that shaun did what he did when he found out the dogs name was desmond
Stede bonnet: Hung
Mary read: illness
Edward: assassinated
the way edward died pisses me of tbh
Pikachu Gaming he got killed by mercenaries
Pikachu Gaming Grandmaster Birch of London Broke into Edwards mansion murdered him and kidnapped Haytham and trained him to be a Templar
I actually feel sorry for Shaun. He may be a prick, but i feel with him. I think the Assassins Creed franchise has going a bit downhill sense they killed off Desmond, story wise.
+TheObrien101 yeah the modern day plot line has really slowed down ever since they killed Desmond.
+TheObrien101 Maybe he's not "really" dead
He's dead, but I'm curious if they'll use that piece of Eden to revive the dead on him. No clue how it works though
I was thinking since Juno and some of those first civilization people seem to be living in their big computer that maybe when Desmond touched that thing it uploaded his consciousness to the computer like them. So he's not in his body and appeared to be dead. If that's the angle they are going with on this.
The Kenway Mansion isn't really house.........it's really just one GIANT chocolate easter egg!!!
i really miss the old AC4 days my fav assassins creed game
old? this was the newest game from 2013-2014:P
Refiro well its 2015 now and the game is getting old
+Krakenlord duuuuuuuuuuuuude, the game is just 2 years old
Alduin but it feels like an eternity
not for me. it feels like it came out a month ago
1:06 is extra funny because that was literally his cover in AC black flag.. selling overpriced coffee in the abstrgo lobby
Once when I was travelling through the slums, I heard a beggar boy say: "I'm just a poor boy, nobody loves me". Lyrics from the famous Queen song Bohemian Rhapsody.
I'm not sure whether to laugh or cry at Shaun's entry for Desmond the dog. I'm doing a bit of both
That woman Ezio was romancing was his girl in the beginning of AC2 and a little bit in brotherhood with some of the Leonardo memories
I think they just look similar go and compare them and the only similarity is the colour of their hair
It’s Cristina
Is it bad that I got sad feels during some of these?
me too especially the ac4 parts
+Darsh Jalan Man! I almost teared up! So much love for Black flag.
+Darsh Jalan I know man them feels
+Cherish Fiction Me too... AC is not what it used to be. Unity lowered my expectations so greatly that I call a game like Syndicate good. If this had been released in 2014 after Black Flag, I'd curse Ubisoft.
I got sad because people hate assassin's Creed syndicate
Shanties.....Spanish Ladies........ Nostalgia.
Now you're ready to sail for the horn..... Just sailing mindlessly, listing to shanties. Its the little things that make the games a whole.
+Sharpteeth Nile I couldn't agree anymore
"Over the hills and far away " I'll drink to that song so dearly. Such beautiful melancholy. Sniff Sniff.
wish you could get George's gauntlet and outfit
The master assassin at the start of the game
+x Tuma Sort of a shame isn't it? With the character model and voice-acting present in the game you would think the developers give him more screen time.
+killerman19880385 The real shame is that we don't get his outfit, but maximum dracula and other shitty looking outfits instead of it. Seriously, what where they thinking?
+mat brackstone i just wish you can have more cutscene with hood on like from the beginning.
+mat brackstone I wish you could keep your fucking hood up
I wish we could have George's outfit in ACS. I also wish he had more appearances in the game
I love how they have dialogue like with "The Jabberwock" having the children react and how there's people listening to "Leave her, Johnny"
1847 likes huh? well played ac vids well played
+Armando Garcia This is an Assassin's Creed channel after all ;)
+ACVideos How do you get the Sho Jin outfit??
Shaun also makes a reference to Desmond in one of the latest modern cutschenes, where he talks about a colleague of his who was his boss's son. He also said that he didn't liked him at first but in the end he saved us all....I'm pretty sure he's talking about Desmond.
Definitely not an easter egg. They assume you already know it's Desmond.
so Ubisoft trolling us or what!! why they named that dog Desmond?
My guess is to piss of fans
cuz its a name?
@@hellenicgyp5966 no actually fans wanted some character with personality not too grim like Connor. So Ubisoft gave them what they wanted. A clown assassin (Jacob) and the desmond just to annoy the fans for asking too much.. that's my speculation though
@@desoraytion3253 Clown Assassin Jacob was awesome
@@hellenicgyp5966 I didn't say he was bad. I like his goofiness when he was young and maturity in the dlc. Plus everyday is assassins Christmas greenie
I'm with ya shaun... I did the same thing... but with Pepsi and not whiskey....
eyy lmao
also in first mission, there is a train numbered "1476". isnt 1476 the year that auditore family executed?(Except ezio :P)
Hüseyin Korkut Three members of the Auditore Family killed
oh yeah i forgot. ezio's mom and sister was alive
nothing compared to the glorious Black Flag
except, maybe Syndicate
not even syndicate. AC4 was a masterpiece
Cool Video!:) I Love these Assassins creed facts very much!:)
was also a moment on the train when one of the rooks says that the train is bigger on the inside. A reference to the Tardis from Doctor Who.
very nice. i didnt know any of these facts (except the dog named desmond, but except the part of shaun´s drinking)
Nicely done great video I appreciate it :)
I love this channel so much!
amazing video man :)
I love this channel
Another fun secret: when listening to random civilians' conversations, you may hear this:
"You fight like a dairy farmer."
"How appropriate that I fight like a dairy farmer, because you fight like a cow!!"
This is a reference to the LucasArts title _The Secret of Monkey Island_ 's insult swordfighting minigame!!
you uploaded amazing video. I want more video
so many references to AC4 and Edward Kenway, best AC game and assassin IMO, glad their legacy lived on, AC4 was a truly epic experience.
I'm getting the feelings going.
Great game, great video, great easter eggs!
Nice vid! It's a shame we do not get an AC this year (other than the movie). But then again, the Egypt setting looks promising.
Great video.
number 9. yeah people totally don't know about this because it's not like it's a main mission...
Very good +ACVideos ! loved it!
Really nice video
Everyone forgets easter egg when Evie get rid off her ball dress she says "Requiescat in pace". And also there was a memory I dont remember with Who but Evie was yelling Auditore in a cell when she wake up.
I knew the piano notes sounded familiar. Was driving me nuts trying to figure it out. I even replayed that mission 3 times before giving up. Thanks man.
These are really cool. There is also a subtle reference to AC Unity that can be heard in public squares or near factories wherever there are workers or a syndicate demanding better working conditions. A sort of superintendent addresses the protestants saying something like "you people are unhappy with your lot but don't think you can't be easily replaced, you should be grateful you have this job yet here you are, shouting like a French peasant". It's clearly a reference to the French Revolution and the people's uprising in AC Unity.
Hi ACVideo's, thanks for the post! I don't know if this was already posted by somebody else, but there's also a reference to Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody. At the start of one of the Singh missions (Much Ado About Drinking) a young boy at Waterloo Station says "I'm just a poor boy. Nobody loves me.". I don't know if the line can be heard anywhere else in the game, I hadn't heard it before up until that point.
Nice. Bohemian Rhapsody is one of my favourite song.
From the combination of constantly hearing leave her, Johnny leave her in both rogue and black flag, the song is burned into my brain.
WHAT OUTFIT WAS JACOB WEARING IN THIS VID WHEN HE WAS IN THE THEATER??????????????????????PLEEEEEASE, I NEED THAT.
what theater? :)
Dracula outfit i do believe. Very nice outfit
Simply jacob
I loved the kenway mansion part. That sea shanty is my favorite.
Brother you have a keen eye for every strange fact we never pointed out.
I’m new to AC universe. I bought all the games last week. Started playing the Syndicate as my first AC game. Really like the world they created in London, and how realistic most of its city life aspects are! I’m excited to continue with the rest of the games. I’m thinking it might take me years to finish everything haha….. I’m a chill player, I like taking my time and explore for fun.
Take your time and play each game slowly , you can also read few comics/books related to the game to get more immerse
Lowlands was my favorite shanty. I used to skip the other songs like it was a radio to get to that one.
The Desmond one is sad
The ACIV nostalgia tho
Lowlands away is my favorite song in ac 4
The ezio painting is the first one i found by myself during my playtime
The first time i heard in ACS "leave her johnny " it give me goosebumps
I loved black flag, i think im going to play it again
Frye twins were born 100 years before independence of india.
+Gajraj Singh That's pretty cool! Perhaps one of Evie and Henry's/Jayadeep's descendants helped with gaining their independence...
They helped Duleep Singh who was related to india :)
***** They helped Duleep Singh who was related to india :)
+Gajraj Singh Indians represent! But seriously, Gladstone had no respect for our nation.
Wow indeed
Also, near the end of the storyline, when Evie went to the bal, when Starrick escaped from it after having stole the key to the vault, when she is back in her “normal” outfit she said : Requiecast in pace
I cried hearing “Leave her Johnny”
just started this game last night. really damn good actually.
There's another one (since I've just finished the game an hour ago):
When you head to Queen Victoria for the last mission (the 4th and as in last one), you'll find that she's about to be taken a photograph. Right after accepting the mission, you'll see that she's posing in front of the camera - and you'll see that exact picture, with that exact pose, when you search Queen Victoria in the Internet (though, actual picture was taken in 1890 whereas AC Syndicate was set in 1868).
awesome
good video sir
Good list. Another cool one is that the quest Our Mutual Friend is taken after the Dicken's story, Our Mutual Friend. If you recall, John Hammond pretends he died so he can test the sincerity of her poor bride, with whom he was engaged since youth. (Same as the book.) And then he falls in love with her and works to win her back. (Same as in the book.) The quest got a little silly with kidnapping her and him pretending to rescue her. Honestly, when she finds out the truth, she should give him a bloody nose. :\
The outfit that George wears is more of Easter egg referring to AC rogue Cuz It looks more likes shay Patrick cormakcs outfit
There secrets filled me with pride, ezio lived his life to the fullest as Altair died doing his duty
Leave her, Johnny and parting glass and Lowlands are the best shanties ever.
Lewis Carrol also mentions the poem "The Warlus and the Carpenter" .
That's the poem John Lennon based for 'I am the Warlus ', supossedly
Hey, That song" Leave her, Johnny" also plays in AC Rogue during seafaring !!!
I can't wait to play it
Did anyone else feel them feels when he started singing Leave her Johnny.
I have to be completely honest, Assassin's Creed 4 was by far my favorite game in the entire world. and this might sound really geeky of me, but hearing those sea shanties almost made me cry.😂
Three really obvious facts the posters in the theatre the dog's name and maybe not so obvious to some but really obvious to me the piano in kenways mansion
Hard to forget "Lowlands Away"
Yea ok true that but I bet not every one knew it Loved that song too
You know Assassin's creed victory might be a whole new different game based on the story of Goerge. I mean I'm not sure but I think.
Cool!
When I read the thing with Shaun's reaction idk either to laugh or to cry because on one hand Shaun wasn't a so-big jerk and on the other hand I can't imagine Shaun crying.
machiavelli and Leonardo written books on Ezio so thats why we see that romantic story inspired by Ezio and Cristina
Another Sweeny Todd reference is in the Dreadful Crimes in which a suspect who owns a barber shop is called Feeny Sodd. It is in a case in which there are pies suspected with human meat in them.
The one with the dog actually made me sad.never knew shaun cared about desmond
Leave her Johnny is my favorite song in black flag
oh god.....poor Shaun, I love him and Rebeca
(I think I'm the only one who noticed this) in Southwark there are a set of wickets in the exact place where the Kia Oval (Surry Cricket stadium) is located today.
Can't believe I didn't notice the piano tune, lowlands was my favorite shanty........
What the name of Jacobs Jacket at 0:18
Is that one of the secret items? If so where do I find the Schematic?
its not just a shanty from baclkflag(even tho that it is) its also Edwards favorite song, which is in another way a memento to him
Lowlands was my favorite sea shanty from black flag ahh brings me back
i love the lowlands shanty
nice I didn't notice them.
that song '' Leave her johny leave her'' is from assassin's creed pirates
