    Agar plot draw me nhi mila to paise kitne din me return honge. Notification me likha h 1 year tak no interest aur uske bad saving account ka interest milega.
    Kya paise return karne me 1 year bhi laga sakte h please bataye.

      All plots allotted by Yamuna authority are on lease hold. The 3 authorities in Gautam Budh Nagar 1) Noida Authority 2) Greater Noida Authority and 3) Yamuna Authority does allotment of plots on lease hold for 90 to 99 years which means they remains owner of the land and they allot land to allottee on rent and charges lease rent against it. Residential land in Gautam Budh Nagar is leased by these authorities for a period of 90 years. Lease properties can’t be divided into smaller pieces.

    sir, m apni wife k name s form fill kr rha hu , kya m apni net banking s payment kr skta hu ? N if not successful Paisa return k lia apni wife ka account details fill kr rha hu. Isme koi problem to nhi hogi. Bcz payment mere account s hogi n return wife k account m aaega. Please suggest Aisa krne m koi problem to nhi hogi na.

      It look like if we have property in UP so we are not eligible for this form is this my understanding is correct .

      Market has already proved him wrong. Sell only if u need funds otherwise hold it.
