This Builder name is Adore and project name is "Prosperity Homes" which is located in sector -35 Sohna.
This is Faridabad based local Builder who is new to Gurgaon Market and local people of Faridabad has very negative feedback about the projects this builder has built there including the poor construction quality and extremely huge delay in the project.
Keeping all these factors into consideration it seems a very risky affair to apply in this project which has no confirm surety if he complete the project or not.
