About Arctic Cat: We were born in the North, raised on snow and gravel, and we still make our home in the great plains of Minnesota. Arctic Cat was formed by Edgar Hetteen in 1962, and transformed into a leading snowmobile manufacturer over decades of trail riding, racing and bringing friends and families together. Today, Arctic Cat is a part of the Textron Inc. family of brands, which includes Bell® helicopters, Cessna aircraft and more. Our vehicles explore the world, but they all start with American workers and an American work ethic. Just one more reason we’re proud to stand behind every machine we make.

Who would buy a 600 mountain sled lol the alpha rail is a joke and they won’t go away from it. I had a 2020 MC. they can’t hold a line at all.

My alpha was an animal. Made riding easy. 600 could be more challenging, thus making you a better rider.

@@RoboDriller they are ok in wide open bowls and alpine riding areas but useless in technical terrain. Just wash out.

Go watch snow wests show about riding the pre production mountain unit. They were pretty impressed.

@@boser1212, had to learn how to ride mine a lot differently than the ascender. It seemed less throttle was faster in technical riding. I didn't experience the wash out until on wind blown hills while riding wheelies.

I can't justify spending $24,000.00 on something I might touch 5 or 6 times a year. I would rather spend my money on a side x side. After 30 years of snowmobiling I am finally out of the game. Thank you Manufactures.

Anyone that would spend over $20,000 for a new sled is out of their mind. I see every year sales go lower and lower. I will laugh my ass off when those companies close their doors

He's right though Arctic Cat has gotta at least do a factory turbo cause just the stock 800 can't keep up to the skidoo and Polaris

Relax. They will. First year sleds often come with one engine / chassis configuration. Give them a season.

Not for 10 years. The YamaCat was the only big plus but the chassis is 2012. You better have something as good or better than your competitors or its a bust. Come-on man! ...as FJB would say.

This drop was an absolute joke. Not only that, but the engineers got totally shitty with people at Haydays. Cat won't be around for much longer, and all I can say is good riddance. Their fan base is arrogant as fuck for a brand that has brought nothing new in years. That Monorail was even a colossal failure. Then they go and put it on EVERY sled 🤣
