How to make lolita wrist cuffs/ sock toppers / scrunchie (Easy!!!)

As part of the coord I'm building up I'm onto making the classic wrist cuffs. This is also the same method to make sock toppers and scrunchies.
If there's any lolita accessories would like to see suggest it and I'll see what I can do.
