Adult Beer League goalie here. That first shot literally sums up just about every warm-up for me. I came from playing baseball/softball so catching a puck in the glove is easy, but I have so much trouble with the blocker saves. I really appreciate videos like this explaining the details of the save.

This is a huge tip. Now if the shot is coming from the other post would you turn your wrist to the left to redirect it into the near corner of your glove side?
Could you add to show from Glove side play? I think would drive home your point about driving pucks down, bc that would place rebound right up the slot and would highlight how important it is to play that puck deep behind, bc anywhere other than deep is in danger zones.
Beer leaguer - BF lateral push - having trouble planting leg then push - where is the push leg skate supposed to be ? (Am a little stiff on the right hip that affects strength )
