    Same Arvind Kejriwal sent a Times now reporter to Jail in Punjab in a blatantly false SC/ST case just for reporting on the Sheesh Mahal. Along with her even the cameraman and driver were sent to Jail even though they were not charged with any offence. Where was this Sanjay Hegde then?

    I am not sure whether the Supreme Court was Right/Wrong in granting Bail to Mr. Kejriwal.
    However, as he had avoided the E.D. summons for months 9 times he should not have been shown leniency. Further, if granting Bail was Correct he should have been asked to surrender his mobile phones and password in sealed envelope so that the Supreme Court could find out the nexus of Liquor policy if any. He had refused to share the password to the E.D. on the pretext that it contains his election strategies.

    Of late SC is acting as an opposition party to the ruling govt.Slowly it has degraded itself to such a level specially from the day PM has pointed out against the family oriented selection of judgeship known as collegium system.     Hegde has to talk with some sense. It is Kejriwal who dodged 9 summons & did not co-operate with the law enforcing authorities. Certainly SC has given special treatment to Kejriwal even though he did not apply for bail. What is a need for SC to give bail when he himself has not applied & asked for it.

Chandrachud's judgement were doubtful but this Sanjeev Khanna leaves nothing for doubts. "at that time what we felt was correct" this is his statement. Judge Amanullah says "we will rip you apart".     Kejriwal' has ignored 8 notices to him , which he has not any respect. The judges have given special treatment to Mr. Kejriwal . It seems the SC is politically motivated. There is no excuse for the SC is going to the accept. The SC is run by the communist or China or may be by some foreign agencies. What the SC wants , I think they want the ED , CBI will not work to locate huge money accumulated by the political leaders. The excuses put on by judges is not accepted and not at all transparent.
