They way you described Material sounded so sublime! I could imagine the smell of the fragrance. So right up my alley with Grand Soir it seems.
Thanks! It’s kind of along those lines but not as medicinal as Grand Soir can be.
I could see this being in the same tribe as Grand Soir, but Material is the "chief" in that scenario. This is really grown, self assured and marching to the beat of its own drummer, while Grand Soir still cares about being liked. That said, I must urge that this isn't a safe blind buy at all, but I am really enjoying it.

I'm a fanboy of Cecile's work. She seems to craft her work devoid of all the GOBBLEDYGOOK*. The other perfumer's work I'm not as family with

Hey Justin thanks for the video. I know it sounds strange, but not one Amouage fragrance has me interested to buy. I did buy the discovery set, the fragrances do not smell bad, but i am not feeling it. Reflection man was decent but not decent enough for me to buy. Any suggestions on any i should check out on decantx. I respect everyone's right who loves amouage. I do adore Tom Ford, creed, kilian, PDM, and basically all designer brands.
No worries! I recommend Beach Hut Man and Enclave!
I need to stop watching your video. 😂 I end up going back and forth to NEIMAN Marcus and Bloomingdale’s. I end up trying boundless on my skin. It gives me a headache. Very potent. Smells great. I suggest wearing this outdoor on the cold weather.
Ha, I was wondering why everyone was writing "gobbledygook" lol. But, as I've said below, I am into Material. I've just gotten an Amouage order from Oman and got a sample of 'Material' and it was rough, but I really enjoyed it over the day and now I "stan" lol. I love how thick that shipment box is as the items were so well protected. The newspaper is a wonderful touch.

I think the candle is actually a bakhoor diffuser and the "ingredients" are wood chips incense (bakhoor) that you burn on the top plate.

I can't wait to put my nose on it, but role #1 no blind buy ever. Fragrances need time to be fully appreciated, expecially Amouage imho. Fragrances are emotions and feelings need time to be bonded. I really love Amouage and I have many. To me Amouage should sell 1,5/2 ml selectable decants as many Niche houses already do as Killian, Etat Libre d'orange, Mancera, MFK, Penhaligon, Memo and so on (and don't add crazy shipment costs as 'Fragrance du bois'). Most of the fragrances I fell in love comes from decant, think about it Amouage. Goobledigook❤
